I placed my order 5 weeks ago for a wedding; they still have not yet arrived and the wedding has come and gone. This order was $360.00 CAD. I have called them multiple times; customer service is poor at best... they have said they will issue a investigation right now (5 weeks after ordered) and said the investigation will take another 12 business days. So I will have to wait another 2 weeks. So after ALL that... all they offered was a cancellation or re shipment... if they reship my items what's to say it won't take another 7 weeks! Really not impressed with their service... I love at the end of the conversation they say "is there anything else I can help you with"... like they are shifting the issue back onto the customer... Not impressed at all.

Items are way larger than what the size chart says. Like 3 sizes larger. I got two jackets, one pair of jeans, pants and a basic tee. When I got the items they were too large, and didn't measure what the chart said they would. Fabric isn't too great either but good enough for the price. I want to order more stuff but Im afraid they will be too large.

Went in today feb 21 2014. My birthday for possibly a new outfit & shoes. The 2 girls were not smiling. They looked at me & my kids up & down. Then they trainer told the girl to watch us to make sure we didn't steal anything. I heard, turned & looked. Both of the hypocrites smiled at me. As if I didn't hear what they said. I felt offended. Besides their $#*! attitude I will never again shop at deb shop in ashwaubenon w. I. if I could give them a zero star I would. For being judgemental. Rude & horrible customer service! Dont recommend this place to anyone!

NEVER AGAIN

I placed an order online for two dresses, dresses that I was going to wear for an event. I received the package a week later and to my dismay, they sent the wrong dresses entirely, leaving me to rush out at the last minute and find something else, which as any plus size girl knows, is NOT an easy task. I contacted them and told them that I needed them to send me a shipping label which they eventually did. It took 2 weeks to get a refund and they did not refund my $20 shipping! It was their mistake, why not refund shipping?!?! I will NEVER order from them again! EVER! How hard is it to put the right order in the bag and avoid all of this in the first place! Don't waste your money, shop elsewhere!

Worst customer service of any store I have shopped at. Bought a dress for a wedding that got canceled, never even tried it on. I tried to take it back to the nearest deb store 2 weeks later and they told me I was unable to return it because it was over 7 days. It still has all the tags and in original plastic bag it was shipped in. What a joke, do not recommend them and will never shop there again my self.

I came to this deb about a year ago and a very friendly assistant by the name of Melissa spent 1 and a half hours helping me. I was in desperate need of new jeans and have been feeling pretty down about myself. The whole drive there I was hoping the same girl was there. I finally arrived to Lloyd Center Mall and there she was with that great smile! She was the only worker in the store at the time and still managed to help me. She spent 2 hours with me again. She made me feel so good about myself and she picked me out her favorite brands and also got me some cute tops. I walked out of there with 5 pairs of jeans and 3 cute sweaters. This girl is so sweet, friendly, and knows how to make you feel better. Thank you Melissa.

I have had wonderful experiences at the stores with dresses and customer service so I thought I could expect the same online. Unfortunately, this was not the case. When I ordered it showed my item (prom dress for my daughter) in stock. Two weeks later, no dress. I called customer service to check the status and was told the dress wouldn't be shipped as it was out of stock - not even an apology! If you can't get to the store in person - shop somewhere else.

Well i bought from this site twice, to me price is ok, time of delivery is good, my only problem is the quality of their clothes. First i bought a top and the color was not the same as the photo on the site, but it fit me well so i did not return it, and second time i bought a dress, the zippers broke after i only wear it once, will not buy from them again.

I have never had any trouble from debs website! I have ordered countless times. Like when ordering from any place, I make sure my correct address is used, I have enough money on my card, and the items are in stock and I selected the right size. Always double check yourself before placing order. Debs is the only place I buy my clothes. Their clothes actually fit all body types to look good, look stylish, and make any body type feel good about what they are wearing. I love debs and am so grateful that they sell to all shapes and sizes and, gives everyone an equal chance to look good!

I love this site. I've ordered twice from this site multiple items without any problem at all. There's always a sale. The items arrive on time and the quality is good. Some items maybe a little see-through but probably from the material. But if you wanted to order from this site, I don't think you'd have any problems.

I have shopped in the Debs store here in Davenport, Iowa, both for myself and my grand-daughter over the past few years and recently the store has turned from good to horrible. I have spent a considerable amount of money and recently tried to return 2 tops and was told in a rude manner that "No Exchanges"! I would have gotten 2 other tops plus more clothes, but since I couldn't return those 2 tops for 2 others, I decided to just leave and take my business elsewhere. Debs could have made some money, but the stupid policy now ruined that. I had only bought the tops a week before and the girl said in a not so nice way that I could not return them. Makes no sense to me since I was spending money and just exchanging. I was not asking for my money back. This is a horrible way to treat customers. I am assuming the employees are not happy about losing their jobs, but to be so rude; is unacceptable. Debs won't do a thing about complaints since they are filing bankruptcy, so they don't care!

I wish i could give less than 1 star. What a piss poor excuse for a retailer. I bought several items online that i needed ASAP, so i shelled out almost 20 bucks for 2 day shipping. Everything arrived on time but NOTHING FIT! I went by their sizing chart and even ordered one size up and the majority of my items were atleast 3 sizes too small. I dont know where they got there sizing chart from (Thin air it seems) but it is NOT true to size. Or they dont understand what "Plus Size" means. The one item that actually did fit, tore the first time i wore it. Very dissatisfied with Deb, Im currently going through "Google trusted stores" program to get my shipping money back as well.

Fake Tracking Number

My tracking number claims to have been delivered. The post office won't do anything because of that. I never received it. This web site is now closed.

I love DebShops

I love DebShops. I don't know why so many people are leaving bad reviews, most of their stuff is great and they're one of the only carriers of Amethyst Jeans, my favorite kind of jeans. All of their stuff is very affordable. The DebShops that I have been to have had great customer service. I don't understand why one of the reviewers said that they only follow you around to see if you are stealing, especially if you are black. Did she observe the other customers? I'm sure they follow all races and they do it to be helpful unless if you are snotty, which I'm guessing that reviewer was. This is one of my favorite stores and I'm very sad that they are going out of business.

Not true to size

I ordered 2 tops. I wear size 3x and this is more like a xl so dissapointed. U should see how it fits me. I needed help getting it off please be cautious these are horribly made clothing and it's a final sale item no refund for me

Don't order online

Don't order online. I ordered two shirts, clearance items, so I didn't pay a lot. The peach shirt fit beautifully, yet the blue shirt was way too tight. The tags show they are the same size, but they clearly are not. To return the blue shirt I have to pay postage and I was told UPS is their preferred method, that costs more than the shirt, first-class USPS costs the same as the shirt. If I bring it to the store, I've been told it is store credit only, and the chances of finding something I want in the store that's $5, is slim. I'm going to donate the shirt to our local Goodwill and never order online from Debs again.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE if you're not 100% sure you will like the top. I bough a top and when I tried to return it, they told me I was out the money I spent to have the item shipped to me and then I had to pay out of pocket to return the item. The shipping cost was $7.99 to have the item sent to me and then another $5.60 to send it back because they want it insured! Plus they didn't refund part of the tax i paid so I am out over $14.00. The shirt I bough was only $18.75! What a joke, this place is a rip off! I recommend never ordering online from Deb Shops! I will make sure to tell everyone it know to never order online!

I seriously love this website! They have ubercute clothes and i ordered 7 items for 50$ and they arrived in 6 days(supposed to be 7-9)! Im a teenager and i would definitely recommend this website!
And yes, all clothes (i ordered 3 pairs of shoes, aviator glasses, bracelets, 2 shirts, and a skirt) fit perfectly and were not torn or anything!

I will never shop debs again. My daughter shops@ debs alot. She bought 2 shirts wore them once & washed them & the strap broke on both shirts. I went n to exchange them but the girls would not help, she said u should of read the label on washing. One shirt doesnt have it. Not a happy customer & dont want to shop there again if this is how u treat your customers.
