How are we to deal with people like this who cheat honest people? Any lawmakers out there listening?

I am on a very small fixed income, I purchased a surround system for 39.99, I never received it and they kept my money.

Ordered from them and it's been a month now and nothing recieved. Tried contacting them and they haven't responded to my emails.

Do not order from them. You are giving away your money. No way to contact them. No merchandise or refund.

STOP! Do not order. This site is a SCAM! Those reviewers saying it's 5 star are part of their group. This is from a dissatisfied customer who purchased this car but NEVER received it! I charged the item to Affirm (luckily I did!) or I'll be out $199.99. I cancelled the Auto payment. I've tried to contact this company but no success. Their phone number was disconnected!

I placed a order December 30,2019 still waiting for it. Want to know where is my order. Please send me a tracking number

Placed an order Dec 12 and was almost charged immediately. Here it is Jan 8 and still nothing. No response to 2 emails and phone is temporarily disconnected. Order status says Fulfilled. Can't track either. Some say good things and others say it's a scam. So what is the deal. I am very upset because this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband and now I will probably never get my money back.

I never received my purchase items and they will not even respond to my emails, Phone number is disconnected and no customer service to speak of.

They have no problem taking the money but do not send the products. 8 emails and not one answer. The phones have been disconnected. They belong in jail.

I am very distressed, I tried calling deal dot at
ONLY published number *******403, to complain I had not recieved. Airfryer oven, only to get a recording stating the number had been disconnected. I really hope there is an explanation for this. If not I urge everyone to file complaints not only with BBB, but also the state.

I ordered a mantle clock on 12/10/19 and received a text message confirming my order. I received a request to rate the item from Dealdot but was unable to rate as was never delivered. I have tried to contact the company but never received a response.

I placed an order that was NEVER SHIPPED, yet I was IMMEDIATELY charged for it. I have been UNABLE to reach ANYONE, the company's phone #s were BOTH disconnected. I will do MY BEST to get this site SHUT DOWN! I MAY pursue a LEGAL PATH to get these people to DO RIGHT!

I never received my purchase. Their contact number is disconnected. Lastly, tried email and got no response! My order states fulfilled under my account SMH. Reporting to BBB

Took money with no reply. Purchased a 180.00 dollar speaker in early November, its now January... Nothing... Have to make claim with Visa today.

I placed an order several weeks ago and I can't get anyone to respond. I will never order from this site again.
