I did not receive my purchased product. Their phone is disconnected, they do not respond to emails, their links are fake to check your shipping status. I have never received an email status update for my purchase. Only email I received was addressed to a Brian from sitejabber asking if I received my product, which is a huge no. Scam site. Take down now, I've already reported them. We should class action lawsuit them immediately.
Ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter 3 weeks ago and no response to multiple emails, all phones disconnected, and no response to Facebook message. Calling Better Business Bureau next. Still no item delivered but the money has been debited from my account.

I ordered a gift in November. $$$ was taken from account and still haven't recieved the item and attempted to call and email several times. Phone # is a joke. No response to any attempt.
Made a purchase Nov. 1st and never received my order. I contacted FedEx this morning with the information from DealDot and they said they never received a package even though a FedEx label was created.
Dont buy it.

Placed an order on Dec 20,2019. Order status says "unfulfilled". I tried calling *******403, phone number that's listed on their home screen and got a recording "this toll free number has been disconnected"! After writing this review, my next call is to my Credit Card company.

These site is a scam. They will take your money and will never send the stuff. They ignored all my emails and phone calls. Almost 2 months now and never heard back.
Order #6220 wasn't delivered. We paid $106.97, we didn't get our money back. We filed a claim against this scam company through the BBB. The advertising say they are part of BBB, but they aren't. This is a big scale scam, authorities were notified.
Fail to deliver the items I ordered and paid for on November. Ive made several attempts to contact these people, only to learn the number is a non working number. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Never got my order and they will not reply to my emalis or phone call lost 50 bucks stay away from this place

It is part of the CA Attorney General's Office. There is a form there to fill out. Give as much info./proof as you can. There are many of us on here that this has happened to (pay for an item... they take the money... you don't receive the item). PLEASE FILE! They need to know about this fraudulent company. They do investigate. I filed years ago for them to help me with a company in CA whose return policy was to ship the defective item back to an address in Viet Nam! I got an email from them that said they were going to investigate and a few months later I received a full refund payment (over $400.00)!
Ordered nearly 9 days ago and have not received an email confirmation for shipping info. Can not track my order, have called and email. Phone number disconnected and no reply on emails.
