I have won several items on this site and so far everything i received has been perfect i love shop from home and save money
I won 5 auctions and after 3 weeks have not received anything. I emailed last week and 6 days later I got an email saying one of the items was out of stock. These folks definitely do not have their act together as far as honoring what they claim. A real disappointment.
So far four items I have won are "out of stock"! How can that be? Why are the item's up for bid? A waste of my time and money! I have emailed them regarding this issue twice with NO response!
I had won two auctions, one was an ipod and another was a waffle maker. I have not received either one of these products and they were supposedly sent out and set to arrive on November 22,2012 and here it is December 3,2012 and I still have nothing along with no response to any of the emails that I have sent them either. If this company would be legit, I would think that they would offer a telephone line along with an address and website.
I am sooo addicted to this site I have won over 5 par of beats and have recieved everyone. I have recommended this site to all my friends!
Having a good time on dealdash! Came over from happybidday which really stinks.
I've won a few items and enjoy doing the bidding. Unlike happybidday, dealdash is really fair and honest. Happybidday likes to let your last bid let everyone know your about to win so that can jump on your bid and then it takes another 200 bids or more to win the product. Thanks dealdash for being honest!
I won 4 items on Deal Dash! $199 camera for 17 cents! I was very hesitant at first, but after I actually won and received my items within 3 days, I was thrilled! I would recommend it to anybody!

Deal Dash has been amazing. I have won several items for pennies on the dollar which would have cost me in the hundreds. The site is easy to use but can be quite addicting. I would recommend this site especially around the holidays because deal dash is always making deals even with bid packages.

My dad told me about this wonderful site and all the great stuff he has gotten. So I tryed my luck not so good first time out. But yea for Deal Dash they gave me back all those bids FREE to try again. Well yesterday I received my win and love it. I told my Daughter about Deal Dash and she has cleaned up much better then her old Mom and she has also received all she won. Dealdash is excellent. I've bid on and won several items, almost all for under $1.00. It's a great site to get awesome items at a fraction of the retail price, and shipped to your home for free! I would certainly try it!
I bid on and won three Amazon gift cards and HAVE received them in the mail, though it did take a while to get them. Due to other reviews, I haven't tried for any large items for fear that I would never receive them. My personal experiece with DealDash has not been bad, but I also have played it safer than I think others have.

I have had very good luck with winning items on DealDash. I have won over 300 dollars in gift cards plus a camera, coffee pot and a cobra cb radio. NOW I took time prior to bidding to read the FAQ, check out reviews on the web and watched auctions for about a week before I placed my first bid. Once the mad Christmas rush started I stepped back a bit. Like anything you have to do your homework and take time to know what your doing. I love Deal dash and there will be a couple of happy people at my house for the holidays this year.
I would reccomend this site to everyone it is legit. I have won several items from here and I have recieved everything all in great condition brand new. I love this site and I do trust it.
I have done well on here. Sometimes the shipping takes a while 2-3 weeks but they don't charge extra for it, so I'm fine with that. I right now am up over what I've spent.

I wouldn't give dealdash any stars if it were possible... so just call this a negative 5 stars... The concept is great and I don't have a complaint about losing auctions, and spending bid money. That's how it works. You buy bids, you decide how many you will use to try to win. You have to watch an auction till it's down to a small number of bidders and jump in and out as you see fit... no big deal... Where the problem comes in for me is when you win, it takes FOREVER, IF EVER to get the items you have won. I'm the VP of a Large Service Company, and if we did business this way, we would be out of business with the attorney general on our butts. Which will probably be what happens here, if they don't get their customer service and shipping up to speed. I have been forced to issue 6 Paypal disputes and escalate 2 of those disputes to claims. I didn't want to do that, but you only have 45 days from the time you pay for something to get your money back if you don't receive the item, through paypal. I imagine I will have to go to my credit card company for another item or two that I paid for through them instead of paypal. They don't mess around, they ask for your copies of email where you tried to resolve an issue and if there isn't evidence that the other side made an attempt to fix a problem, they just give you back your money, and takes back monies they paid out to the vendor in question. I don't want to do that tho, because the items are worth far more than what I spent. But if you get no items? What are ya suppose to do. I seriously have emailed anyone I could get an email address on at dealdash, but no one responds at all. When you call the phone number you find after searching and searching, it gives you a message that says email us! Lol They did respond earlier in November when they owed me a ton of gift cards, saying they hired a new gift card company, and then also they hired 30 some customer service people etc. But it doesn't appear anything got any better so far. It's a sad story really, cos this company has the ability to be a really good one, but under their current management, or perhaps they just financially are over their heads I am not sure, which. Either way right now they seem to be kind of on the border of being down for the count. I am not going to invest any more money in them for the time being, I need to sit back and see if they are going to pull out of this, or if they are really going to go under cos I am not feeling confident about their ability to keep up with what they have going on. I even offered to assist them with getting their customer service team up to speed, but that email went unanswered too! Lol
