Usually I end up buying the item to get my bids back. With the cost of he bids and usually cost of the item, I would have been ahead to just go on ebay and buy the item.
The staff is always friendly and very quick to reply with any inquiry, wether question or complaint.

DealDash used to have a reasonable bidding population but lately has been invaded by overbidders who compete and raise the price or stomp on bids. I still use DealDash for items I intend to buy (gift cards, household goods) in case I win, but for the most part it has become unpleasant. It used to be much more fun.
Initially was good. However as time has gone on, I am disgusted with bidders who express their aggression through their bidding by "stomping" on bids and bidding far beyond the BIN value presumably only to get increased highest bidder points. When I use up my current 900 bids, I will leave DealDash forever. DealDash contact support has been very helpful and responds quickly.
It had taking awhile but I finally won something small. It's not as easy as it looks.
I would rate my experience with Deal Dash as 5 Stars! Items won were promptly shipped and customer service is superb.
Better than good but less than great! Customer service was not very helpful or reassuring when a mistake in the shipping address was reported.
It was eventually corrected after exchanging 3 e-mails.
I have won many auctions. Deal Dash has been very profitable for me. It is also great fun.

I have encountered some bidders jumping on me and would be nice to suspend those people for 1 week or 2 so that I can earn free bids faster like everyone else.
I loved playing DealDash and won a lot. Then I noticed every time I came back in and bought bids, I never won. I tried time and time again and finally gave up and went back to Quibids. I would love to play your sight again but can't seem to win anymore!
I LOVE DealDash! I don't really win a lot, but it's fun and sort of relaxing all at the same time. I like the Buy it Now feature for sure. I just received a wonderful TV today through BIN... and getting the bids back is like icing on the cake. It's easy to get addicted... but I still love it!
I'm always amazed at the merchandise available to be bid on... sometimes you can get a super deal... I shop through the year for Christmas, birthdays, etc. And if you don't have the winning bid, you can purchase the item, get your bids back, and shipping is always free.
I started on Dealdash a couple years ago and they were very busy and I did not receive my winnings for a few months. But when they came it was neat. I know now you are better.
For the most part I am content with the auction site. However, It would be great to have a live chat with the people in the auction to try to persuade... hahhahahaa
Spent alot of money,, bids are to expensive for what little few you get. People would spend more if they would receive bids in a larger quantity at a lower price. They also need to run more auctions at the same time,, one or two pages is not enough. Not happy at all with the way it is,, that's why I no longer take part.
Overall my experience is good. At times, I find the stuff I'm looking for are not always at good hours.
My experience with DeaL Dash Fine! But I think thier shouLD be a limit for a person to win items per month. Now more than 5 big tickets items. 500.00 or less 10 per month! There are certian people wnning like 30 laptops or have the money to spend to blow! People come to get a deal. I would buy it now more often if I chave a better chance to save. Only one winner!
There was a time that DealDash was fun and exciting... but now it is just plain annoying and frustrating. I end up losing more and more money now - so once I run out of bids this time, I will no longer be wasting my time or money on DealDash. :(
I have loved everything about DealDash! Not only winning auctions, but also the great prices on items that I decide to "Buy Now". A+, Deal Dash!
