Have always gotten an expedient response and possible solutions to my questions!
Very good and boy its great-----give it a try-----take care
It has been fun though there are bidders paying, with their bids, more than the item is worth. It is discouraging. I have spent a lot of money and dare not sit and over amounts of each of the items purchased vs the amount spent. I suspect the expenditure in dollars and cents is far more than the product's worth. I have enjoyed the times I put bids into bid buddy, went to sleep, checked the next day and found I had won for a very nominal amount. Ahhh, those are the sweet times... thank you.
I get annoyed at the way the clock always seems to run out just after my turn.
But, their Customer Service is wonderful!
Of all the penny auction sites used, DealDash has provided the most enjoyable platform. All wins and purchases were delivered as expected and in an acceptable timeframe. The promotions of 1/2 price and 'Free' wins are great and switch up the bidding strategy.
Wishing DealDash continued success.
Deal dash installed a live chat. I just love it! Instant answers when you need them. Great customer service by a friendly staff.
Deal Dash is the right place to have fun, make friends and the most important is saving some money, i love DD..
So I didn't read the fine print. I saw "risk free". You can get all your bids back if you don't win. But I didn't read that I would have to "buy it now" to get the bids back. So the cash amount I would spend if I bought it now plus the cash laid out on the bids is already more than the computer I am interested in. Now what do I do with those bids I get back? Bid on something else and if I don't win that have to buy that also at full price. I have no interest on bidding on something else so I lost that money. I can now see how they make their money. It's my fault for not reading it thoroughly. IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS. Good luck bidders.
When i first discovered your site it was fun and affordable. Unfortunately you have advertised and promoted yourselves to the masses to the point of mediocrity, at best. Congrats, you're following in the footsteps of your predessors ZBIDDY, Quibids and BEEZID. Absolutely no reason to stay with you.
I really dont no i havnt got notging that i no of yet would ove to find out please help me i. DOnt understand the whole program yef. HElp if you can
I am finding it difficult to win auctions because people keep knocking my bid buddy bids out as soon as they go up. I end up buying a lot of things that I need. Would be less frustrating to go to a store and buy them. As far as the purchasing process goes, it is ok..
The site has gotten so overrun with overbidders that its lost a lot of its appeal. I will be bidding way less than I used to. There are a lot of people going broke due to the way they are getting caught up in winning and I fear for the site in the long run because of that. A lot of the people I used to see bidding on a regular basis are gone, probably for the same reason that I'm pulling way back.
People over bidding just to get time, then BIN. Must be a way to STOP this... hurting everyone.
Dealdash new policy has allowed the site to be taken over by a few very wealthy
Bidders. As a result wins are predictable and it is not much fun any more. I have
Been on the site for 6 years and have done very well, but am reducing my use as a
Result of the new policy.
The anticipation of what will be up for auction is something all participants experience, The array of what is offered is a widely varied mix of merchandise and bid packs. It is difficult to peruse the items offered and not find at least one item that "you can't live without." At least that has been my experience. It's fun bidding against other participants to see who is the ultimate winner. That person then gets a brand new, still in the box, product at a very cheap price, and has it delivered for free to their home. What's not to like?
It has gotten to be very frustrating bidding on items. Quality of items offered are below average. Not enough of good gift cards are available. Haven't been successful in winning anything,,, I am sitting out for a while Deal dash needs to get other companies to participate in the auctions. To make it interesting like it was 3 years ago... What happened to Amazon gift cards? What happened to Kohl's gift cards? Numerous restaurant cards, as well a gas cards... don't see a lot of then anymore... just a few a week... WHY?
I don't like buying bids, not wining anything, It's not fun if you can't win something, A big waste of money. Good for you, Bad for me! You do n't even have that much to bid for. I use to win some times, now I end up buying the thing I bid on. Tried of that.
When I first started, we had all kinds of deals and really nice stuff to bid on. The last year, the items got cheaper and people got crazier with their bids. It just isn't fun anymore. I'm pushing it with 3 stars. I've used up all my bids and I'm not sure I'll be back. I'll watch and see if things change. Still don't think it is fair for people to be able to "win" every iPad or Samsung or whatever that is up for grabs, just because it is a different size or color. It should be, you win one and that's it... no more. Just because the brand, size or color changes, doesn't make it a new and different item. Also wish the "good deal bid" prices were back now and then... maybe once every quarter or something. Yeah, 15 cents isn't too bad, but still a lot, when 10 cents was a really nice hot deal.
My experience with DealDash has been excellent. DD has demonstrated nothing but prompt and courteous professionalism in all of my interactions with them.
So far I've saved about $30 buying from Deal Dash. I don't really have a need for electronics, so I mostly try to win gift cards, and, occasionally, small appliances. I use the bid buddy exclusively, and am sure happy that's a feature. I've won some free bids, and will keep bidding.
Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hi Beatriz, I want to start this conversation by inviting you to read our Audit Conducted by Ernst & Young: https://dealdash.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/dealdash_ey_audit.pdf Fair & Honest is a symbolic capture of DealDash's core values, and these certainly start and end with our commitment to being humanistic. I would love to show this to you, how can we help? Please let me know. Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi William. If you do not win an auction you will not automatically get the bids back to your account. You have the option to use the Buy it Now button. By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they both get the item they initially wanted, as well as retain all their bids. If you do not want to use Buy it Now you will unfortunately lose the bids. We recommend our users to bid on items they really want, so that if they lose the auction, they can still get the item and their bids back. Let me know if you have more questions!
Answer: Hi Julie, I hope you are having a wonderful day I'd be happy to explain how the Buy-It-Now option works. Each bid you place takes away one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price. If you do not win the auction, you will see the Buy It Now button. By using the Buy it now option, you will get the item for retail price and all the bids you used in that auction will be returned to your bid balance. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they get the item they initially wanted as well as retain all their bids. Answer: Hi Elizaabeth, Thank you for getting in touch. We offer all of our customers a full money back guarantee for the first bid pack purchase. Our payments team can get in touch with you and issue a refund. Please send me a number we can call. My email is adrian@dealdash.com
Answer: Hi Patricia, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sure this has been a misunderstanding. DealDash is audited by Ernst & Young, confirming that all bids are placed by real customers and all items are delivered. DealDash members and their acquaintances are strictly banned from taking part in the auctions. My guess is that another user may have chosen a user name similar to DealDash. If so, we'll need to change it to avoid confusion. Please send me an email with your user name, so I can find the auctions and spot the user. My email is adrian@dealdash.com I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Adrian Community Manager

Answer: Hi Jasmine. All items on the site are brand new, factory sealed and come with standard manufacturer’s warranties. Vanessa, I am very sorry to hear you have felt that way. Could you please let me know your user name and I'll pull up your account? I'll be happy to assist with any concerns!
