Be careful when you're bidding. I used to love and deal that and I used to be great but as of lately it has gone downhill. I myself not the only one that's had this issue. But you go to place a bid when there's like 3 seconds left and the system doesn't do anything and it sells the product to the last bidder and boots you out. They are so I'm sure it's not on my end because I'm about a mile from a cell tower and also I have a corporate internet service with high power.

The charge you and the only thing you chuld actually win is more bids no real products are going for cheap you'll and up paying more then buying In store

This site couldn't be better managed, A customer service that makes you feel loved and appreciated. And the most impressive is a website, long in explaining how great they are and how they would never take your money... Don't know about you but my life experiences tell me this website is all the bad things it claims not to be. Why would they even take the time and money to battle all the bad news up front? Simple. This is a site that is dedicated to drawing you in and sucking your money either through the enormous amount of bids that you have to pay plus the cost of the product.
DO YOURSELF A SIGNIFICANT FAVOR - DON'T GET EMBROILED WITH DEALDASH.COM! Your life will be much happier and your wallet much thicker.

I was researching different auction sites and found this auction. It looked interesting and I wanted to know more. To do so, I needed to enter my credit card number. I entered my card information (which is required to sign up and I really should have seen it coming) but as soon as I started bidding on an item with what I thought were free bids for entering, I got a sense that I should check my credit card. I found that credit card had already had a $72.60 charged to my account for an initial 660 bids that I thought were free for signing up.

I'm a retired senior on fixed income. The charge is equal to a month of electricity for my home.
I'm absolutely devastated to see this as wasted money on a worthless bidding process on overpriced items. I only used 4 bids before I realized I had been ripped off and wasted all that money.

I was signing up to check out the site because it seemed like a cool little website to try to bid and get nice items at a bargain. I didn't expect to see $72.60 disappear from my account because I was exploring this company's site.

I didn't see any terms of service, but being elderly I don't even recall seeing it on any of the pages.
If you need your money, this is worst than playing slot machines and is a waste of money.

What you should understand about this website and other like it is that they are selling transactions, you buy a transaction, (the ability to bid on an auction item) each bid is valued at a certain price, there might be hundreds of other bidders who also are paying for a transaction and that transaction is a bid on the auction. Additionally they have features only available to those customers who pay a higher price or a membership fee, those users can then choose to have the (system, "computer" that runs the website bid on their behalf) Even if they are not online or even if they are asleep, this gives them an advantage but that is not really what is wrong with this product. What is really wrong with this product is that you could end up spending a lot of money and never win a single thing. As an example I spend $160.00 never won anything, I got up in the middle of the night, when a lot of auction appear to end is late at night or early in the morning and never could win an auction because bidding just keeps on going and going and going You might think in your mind that you can win an auction item for the price point that they show on the advertising but what you have to realize is that price point does not include all the money you spend buying transactions in order to bid, if you add up all of the transactions that other bidders spend on bidding on the auction you will see that the real cost is way higher than what you could buy it for retail or even below retail online, sadly most people end up spending more money while never getting to the point where the auction ends it just keeps going and going until you have to buy more transactions (bids) I spend $160.00 in bid packs not one single auction ever ended... Not one... As long as you do not believe the advertising and you dont expect to actually win an auction then you won't be disappointed. This is literally very close to walking into a casino and expecting a slot machine to eventually give back all your money...

I've been a DealDash member and have won some great items at a great cost. People's bidding can be foolish and an auction for a remote control truck worth $50 in Walmart went on for over 26 hours and the winner paid $212. DealDash's Buy it Now prices are insane. A motorcycle jacket had a BiN price of $4,600. The max store price was likely less than $300. This is just one example. Ppl need to limit their bidding and don't get into a bidding wars. You can win but bid smart.

I am really enjoying deal dash. It can be a little bit addictive. The items are good quality products and they are very underpriced.

You will find some users have been members for several years. Those same users must be bots, workers, or something to that effect. Those users will bid on multiple auctions 24 hours per day. So in effect, this means that each of these users is literally spending thousands of dollars daily. I assume the implementation of these bots keeps the paying customers coming. I've spent hundreds and received nothing. Total Scam.
