I signed up today and within a few hours discovered that the website is full of fake male profiles that send automated messages. They send similar messages, and all try to trick you into buying more credits so you can review images and mail messages that they send. I tried chatting with tens of profiles like this, and noticed a pattern in how they reply to the messages and their strategy in trying to make you purchase more credits.

Dating.com "popular members" some may consider "fake" because most of them do not want to get out of the app, and the reason behind this is that their security is as if the lady member is a threat to them. I got a boyfriend or match mate for a couple of months. I told him to have a date with me utilizing the two-way video to verify each other, which includes the policy, and he gave a reason not to have a two-way video. Hence, I report it to the technical team to verify if he is a genuine or fake person. But the technical team said that He is confirmed as a real person, but dating.com cannot coerce the members to have a two-way video if they are not ready, and I told them to delete the policy. I am very disappointed because I feel that they are trying to protect the so-called popular member, and they knew already the reason behind why he cannot have the two-way video with me. And I also have created a lot of multiple accounts to verify other findings of "popular members." I found out that my boyfriend is one of the flirty $#*!. They are not loyal men as they claimed they are. So, beware to Jeff 47, Val, 40, etc., and to those who look like a model, dating.com hires them to rob the money of the beautiful ladies in the world.

This is a SCAM. Don't ever use this app they have this thing they call "credits" that you need to use basically in everything you do in this app like when chatting and etc... THAT THEY AUTOMATICALLY REFILL WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT from your money and thats not where it ends, the profiles are fake too, they're just to good to be true like desperate models who say the same thing again and again and THEY WANT YOU TO VIEW THEIR MESSAGES ON EMAIL, you know why? Because viewing email costs a lot of credits. One more thing the goods reviews that you see of them wherever are BOTS too. I personally lost more than 400$ in this fraud. I cant believe i fell for this and that this still exists. Dating.com STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. TRUST ME, DON'T USE THIS APP ITS A TOTAL FRAUD.

I have just signed up for this site and found that you can't read messages unless you pay for it so I purchased a months full subscription $30 NZD only to find my membership does not give me access to messages. I still have to spend money on credits 20 cents per message. Now we all know that if your messaging someone you can send a lot of messages especially if you like them. It can end up a costly exchange on your part. Now I'm thinking that the site is collecting 40 cents each transaction or message exchange. That's a lot of money at the end of the day so that tells me they are more concerned about making money than getting people together. Not only that the site is full of scammers. You would think that if your paying for membership as well as paying an arm and a leg to read messages they would protect you from scammers but they don't. Not even authenticating who you are. So not only are you paying for membership which doesn't get you anything you have to also pay extra for the privilege of someone trying to scam you. I can only think that the site is a scam. Not happy and no way will I pay another months subscription. In fact I would prefer to get a refund as my $30 don't get me anything. It's all a big have.

I have tried sending my phone number and email id in email and messages, but they keep deleting the info, forcing me to keep buying credits to establish contact. Even those members sending me their phone numbers or email ids, the website deletes that information. The email writing and reading is so BLOODY EXPENSIVE! After blowing up so many dollars, i just do not know what to do now... I WANT MY INFO TO BE GIVEN TO MY CONTACTS ELSE REFUND ALL MY MONEY

For the sake to find true and genuine love and to recepricate your love you will do anything. Well all of us want to find our other half longing for someone, searching but all of sometimes failed, crying, desperate, exhausted and in the end your run out of money.

And this application called Dating.com I don't think it help you find love or a partner i think it's a kind of a A. I Atificail Intelgent to Wich is code or generated and programmed to looks like you have conversation with someone.

I don't think it will help you find a match. You register you spend dollars and you got nothing.

It is an automatic system which is responding to the members who are trying to chat seriously with the beautiful pictures. You can not receive an email from the beautiful ladies because they not real so fake. Dating.com is always saying they have to protect the privacy of the beautiful ladies so no email or mobile numbers exchange is allowed
I spoke with several members also younger and very handsome men. They all confirmed my experience.
The website is MISUSING the feelings of other people so let we put them in JAIL as soon as possible

Based on my experience, I believe that dating.com is probably a scam. I talked with a lot of different women on the site and the one thing they all had in common was that they were either unwilling or unable to give me their email address so that we could communicate outside the site. Dating.com charges an astronomical amount of money for credits to chat with women on their dating site. Additionally, there is no way to keep track of how fast your spending the credits. In a period of one month I authorized 3 purchases at $96 each. $300 is a lot of money to spend on a dating site in one month. The average dating site charges between $20 to $30 a month for everything. Well imagine my surprise when I got my credit card bill and found that there was 14 charges not 3. With added fees there was $1620 worth of charges on my bill. 5 of the charges were for Eurodate/Dating. I never bought or authorized any purchase from Eurodate. I called dating.com customer service to find out why there were unauthorized on my bill and was told that each time I authorized 1 purchases I was actually authorizing them to charge me for 3. She said there would be no refund.

Dating.com has to be taken down. I do not understand how it is allowed to operate. 80-90% of the profiles are fake. The fake profiles are the blue tick verified profiles run by the operators to con people out of money. You have to pay for each message you send and for about $35 you get a few messages. These are all to the operators fake profiles. There is no information so you think you're paying $9.99 for membership but still can't send any messages. Then when you try to cancel your membership it ignores your request. I changed to an 80 year old toothless chain smoking alcoholic and still has loads of requests from fit 20 year old model widows ‍. All staged photos of models, all desperate for love from anyone from 18-80 ‍ The worst part is it's the moderators who are conning you with the fake profiles and taking your money for each message to them. They all have the same script and talk in the same tone to keep you spending. When you ask to chat off of the app to save money they all accuse you of being some freak whose putting yourself in danger. When I confronted some of the fake profiles they actually admitted it to me!
Avoid and report this app. Total SCAM. NO idea how they're still allowed to operate. It makes you wonder.
