I call customer service,a woman with oriental accent answered she mention she is in Europe, no specifics. I called to cancel my subscription, because they were charging me for viewing the replay to my text, were hundreds of dollars for 2-3 minutes. I check my bank account. The charges were $399.00, $99.00 plus the 19.99 for subscription. I had to cancel my credit card so this people couldn't get the money.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. This is the absolute worst platform and design I've ever encountered. It's exceedingly expensive, and your messages are inundated with bot profiles and artificial communication. Charging by the email or DM just to lure in the desperate and gullible.
Further, you cannot just delete your profile, you have to request it to be done, so your information just persists out there. The whole site feels janky and gross, and the behaviors should be illegal. I actually had been on another site and when I got a pop up that Date My Age was their sister site I removed my profile there as well. No interest in feeding the accounts of manipulators.

This site is very deceptive and extremely expensive, I was charged $107.79 multiple times. Most of those active are international. I've tried to cancel and asked for no more correspondence; the alert says I will get a confirmation, but I never received one; I did get a confirmation when I joined, but not to cancel. Then after spending all your coin package just looking a pic and you find someone that you think is attractive, watch out! I visited the site and did nothing except add my city and a photo. Almost all messages were from foreigners. I'm not racist, I just think it's really odd that 20+ men were all foreign. They were also really pushy. Live support does nothing - I couldn't type in the box. There doesn't seem to be an option to delete the account. Thank goodness I never put a credit card number in. I didn't even want to talk to anyone, I didn't think they could see me without paying. Seriously it's weird. Stay away!
