What made it worse is I was insulted and humiliated on their app and they did not see anything wrong.I still demand to be refunded because I strongly believe that this is a catfish profile.

I was one of the victims of this fraudulent website. Right after I subscribed, 4 other members showed interest on my profile and started taking, sending images, videos, everything they could do to make you spend more "credits" $$$ - NONE of them wanted to talk to you out of the platform OR wanted to meet you in person or a video call. After spending almost $300 in credits, I realized by the conversations I was talking to fake people. They were all behaving the same way. They would just make questions about you, emphasized your qualities but never say anything about themselves. That was the pattern. I contacted their support team. They denied to investigate, did not refund anything or take action to investigate our conversations and those profiles. I received 4 different emails from their customer services saying their platform was safe, secure bla blah blah bla. And NOTHING WAS DONE. No matter how many times I tried to explain the situation, they replied something NOT related to the issue I related. Such a bad experience. Don't waste your time and money on this website.

DateMyAge is total scam, and rip off. Do not join them because they steal your money.
They hire low life people who have a fake profile with perfect pics to send you tons of messages, which are computer generated and mushy. They pretend to be real people, handsome and wealthy. To get your attention they send you tons of messages. If you want to respond to a message you need to buy credits. For $16 you get 20 credits which is enough to read and answer 3 messages. It is a very expensive way to communicate with computer robots or scammers.
Don't give them your credit card number because they steal your money from your credit card.
I tried to respond to a message and I was redirected to refill my credit page which I did, but didn't get a single credit. I did this 3 times and didn't get any credits. I checked my bank account and they took my money 3 times, but didn't let me use the service. I was not able to send even one message. Then I realized this is a group of scammers, a cyber dating mafia who steal peoples money.
They don't even have a legit phone number. The phone number you can find online is fake, no one picks it up. The help line or live support has only generated guidance, so you cannot send them a message. Have you noticed that you never find a person's name anywhere? That is another proof that they are scammers who steal people money from their bank accounts that's why you cannot find a name anywhere because no one takes responsibility.
They say they take an issue seriously which is a lie, because I reached out to their support team and sent them a message with my concern and they just send me back a link that is useless. They didn't give me a refund for all the money they stole from me. They don't care and don't make any effort to resolve a fraudulent issue.
Stay away from these greedy scammers. They are thieves!

The site is a total scam and customer service is terrible.
The people are fake. I reverse engineered this man's pics and he didn't exist,
I used every global software and he is nowhere to be found. Pics are probably AI generated.
He refused to speak offline. He refused to use video.
One day, two weeks later, he got sloppy and sent me a video without showing his face.
The pics in the profile are a 47 year old muscular man with tons of tattoos.
The video is a skinny person without any tattoos- maybe 18 or so.
I also did a global search on his name and zero names found.
Customer has never responded to me or refunded me.
I think this site is immoral and a bunch of cyber bullies stealing money.
I will do anything to get them shut down.

My dad, age 87 and lonely, signed up for Date My Age. Within a week he'd been charged $1000 to communicate with some "woman" in Spain. We live in Canada. I saw some of "her" communications to dad – the most breathless, over the top smarmy, "I'm in love with you" words I've ever seen. They had been communicating for less than a week. Dad was hooked. My sisters and I told dad that this was a fraud and nobody would be saying these things within a week, without ever meeting in person. We convinced him to stop communicating with "her". The person reached out, outside the site and convinced him to log back in. He was charged $728 - 3 times in 9 minutes for something called "virtual gifts". We have been trying ever since to get his money back. These people targeted my lonely pensioner father and scammed him out of over $3,000.

Signed up today and started talking to a few guys. Turns out they are bots; took a few hours to realize that they use a lot of the same terminology etc. you also get "150" credits per month to chat and the you have to pay for more. Ugh. Cancelled my subscription this evening. Buyer beware

After conversing with a few young women on this site I've come to learn that what she sends and what you send may not be the wording you or she receive. It appears that somehow, maybe through AI, things of a personal nature are censored or deleted from messages. I was told this from a person there in no uncertain terms. That is why, sometimes you say or ask something and get an answer back that makes no sense about what just transpired. I think and truly believe this site has blocked certain things so you are trapped into staying there. I also was told to send the person a Castle, 999 Credits, or about $600 as best I can figure, and then we might be able to better openly communicate. For $600 + I would hope so. So, watch where you tread and tread lightly on this site. It can suck money from you in a flash.

I've previously reviewed this sight and claimed that a woman I conversed with was a porn star and not a South American beauty. Pretty much verified by photos I had to compare. All the negative comments about this site are true- fake profiles and people, price gouging at an extreme level, and poor customer service (ie cannot report fake profiles). In my experience, they string you along- each action or activity has a high price attached to it- without finding any true match. Do not waste your time with this service- they prey on innocent, lonely people.
