Kindly don't shop on daraz, once you paid for the item which has valued of more than ******* they will return in back, I bought the the LED for my Car and when I received it doesn't fit in the console of my car, I returned the item under daraz policy of 7 days but daraz denied my returned and forced me to keep this Led which is not more than a trash for me.
The description on daraz website was not clear.
They are online thieves so be aware.

I placed an order from daraz mall of worth Rs.998/- and choose COD. And I was surprised when I saw the total amount Rs.1028/-. When I rechecked the extra charges, it was cash on delivery charges Rs.30/- applied in the order.
Then I realized that I have to pay extra charges for paying my own money. Daraz was very helpful for me from many years for online shopping but this loot is not justified. It is simply a blackmailing to the customers who can't go to the markets for their basic needs. Really disappointed and deleting your app now.

I have purchased first time any item to Daraz but very bad experience it's my first and last shopping at Daraz

Previously I had great experience with daraz but now i have to boycott Daraz due to shameless and poor customer services i had placed electric blower item but due to item issues i was returned back the item very next day of daraz office then daraz representative contact me and asked about the product and i told him too much issues of product but he forced me that you have to buy it we cannot returned product i told him that i,m not telling a lie you can my daraz history i never returned any product without a solid reason but he never understand forced we never returned product you have to buy it know i have it forcedly useless product just because of daraz. No Shopping with daraz its totally waste of money

I ordered a bead set on 18th June 2023. It was estimated to deliver between 1st-8th July. Today is July 23rd and still I have not received the parcel. I checked the tracker and it hasn't updated (still). I texted daraz help centre almost everyday about when it would be delivered and I was told that there is an issue. They replied that it would be resolved soon and that I would get it as soon as possible. However, it still hasn't reached me and I get the same response everytime. In addition, it is not the first time this is happening with me.

Daraz is fraud. I ordered a drone but they sent me Speaker which is only 1200 rupees. I contacted them but didn't get any positive response

Daraz.pk is the Biggest Fraud with Poorest Customer support. They fraud me with 4800 Rupees. I would suggest you not to trust this platform.

Daraz is an organized fraud. Charging courier fee for every individual seller & on top charging fee for CoD.
They don't want customers to pay online. They are forcing every buyer to pay Cash and then on top of it they charge an additional 30rupee fee for CoD. Fraud on Fraud. Abhor there services.
