I ordered the item more than 5 times and all the time they cancelled them self next day. Only just going thing is they are Refunding all the money. I had a very bad experience with Daraz. Even I chat with their customers care they said your order will not be cancelled. Today again I received the email that your order is cancelled. I am going to delete Daraz App.

I ordered a phone it was like a toy genuinely not up to the mark. They didn't accept return since it was on qualitative basis. Quality can't be reviewed on online website and can only be ascertained by physical inspection. The phone was terrible.

As i have bought a deep freezer from daraz before four weeks and it was my first experience in daraz,the product was out off any fault and defects

I purchased almost 100 items, but 99 items I received were either fake, wrong, substandard, non-functional or completely broken.

I order moringa powder from daraz.i got it in good packing in polythene bag. But its taste not like moringa powder. It volour snd taste is like raw mendhi...i am gona refund it

I have just had the most unpleasant experience with daraz customer service, after speaking with four agents and a supervisor my issue is none the closer to being resolved and now I am thoroughly convinced that daraz has not invested any money or effort into improving there sub-standard customer service.

I think even one star is being generous with these guys.
I cannot think of a worst service. Firstly the products are not original and come either damaged or used.
I returned an eye cream that cane half used and they only returned the amount in wallet. Kept saying you could deposit it yourself and then after months said you can onky utilize it on Daraz. Complete and utter nonsense. The customer service agent on top said you might have forgotten to tell us something.
Please save your money and mental peace and stay away.

This is the worst app i've seen in my life. No customer satisfaction. I was expected to recieve a delivery in 10-12 days from daraz, but they made me wait 20 days until i reached out to their support for asking about what is going on with my delivery. They said they will resolve in 7 days and give me a ticket, and only got a call from them in the 5th days. Apart from their customer service being trash, their delivery service is even more trash, they called me on the said that they will deliver the item today and they never delivered, and another 5 days goes by reporting and stuff, they marked it as Delivery Attempt Failed and returned to the origin warehouse without doing any attempt, the audacity to say that i need to pick it up myself from the courier office is really amazing, wth do i pay the money for if you can't deliver it to my home. PLEASE NEVER PAY THEM USING YOUR CARD, always cash on delivery, because they will exploit you issues if possible because you already paid for their product.

I had ordered a few tshirts from Daraz.pk and trust me this was my worst decision ever. Today I had received the first batch of shirts and it's quality is pathetic and not even close to what was shown and written in picture... now I'm not going to receive the other parcel of shirts because I know it's Gona be the same... also the user experience is pathetic. It doesn't not even locate my society DHA, I had to opt for some other random society because that was only option there... also, they never reconfirm order on call like all good Businesses do... Guys! I understand that daraz has so many varieties that you somehow are forced to buy stuff, but trust me, literally believe me, everything that is shown is completely opposite to actual. This is a big scam I would say... I wish there could be consumer courts and other associations easily accessible for general public for their online shopping rights... I wish all the worst for daraz from deep core of my heart... and this whole experience is not because of one time incident. It has happened multiple times with my friends and cousins, I should have listened to them before. Anyway what's done is done... Il try my best to take action against them but living in Pakistan I don't know what reaction would i expect... so it's honest advice for y'all... stay safe from this scam guys.

Please don't waste your time by shopping at Daraz.pk. It is totally fraud. Nowadays they have started fake way to get rating, that is they do not accept negative rating from the customers. Kindly look at the screenshot below that how Daraz is cheating its customers. Please don't take risk, if a seller has good rating, just consider it is fake.
