Totally Disappointed and Disagree. I Give this review as a seller, without any reason my account was deactivated permanently just because of 01 parcel returned. Very Bad and worst experience.

Ordered using my credit card and paid the delivery fee as well. They Never delivered the item after I refused to collect from 20km away from the station because I had paid for home delivery. They changed the order status to delivered without receiving the product. I raised a few complaints but only got a lot of deadlines for resolution. If you do not have any other option than daraz, even then pay cash on delivery only.

With reference above subject and your email regarding the Oder #************** Delivery, we are shocked that what is this even we still not received the OTP for Collection and you sending email and notification in my Daraz app the Order have been Delivered, what kind of service you are providing to your customers, this is my first and might be last experience with DARAZ because I am totally disappointed from this kind of fraud service.

I ordered almost 6-7 items first time through DARAZ App and received the below notification in my Daraz App and yesterday we received a call as well from your Daraz DHA Lahore Shop that your order has come you can come and collect, I informed to my big brother and he Visited Daraz DHA Lahore office around 6:35pm and Daraz representative told my brother kindly provide the OTP and We provided the 2 items OTP, one for Baby Doll and one is for trimer and your DHA Daraz Shop keeper gave us 2 Items and we received almost 6:59 pm and once my brother asked him for any other item is ready and he replied that we can gave only those Items which OTP you provide and my brother came back home and bring 2 items which are useless because showing different on advertisement and gave different with cheap quality and also not worked. Kindly take serious action and delivered the missing item Order #************** on Urgent basis and also let me know my pending Order status Order # *******613******* kids bike and *******372******* Eye Glace frames

I have been a regular customer of Daraz and had good and bad times both but still used to give them another chance because it is the largest online store in Pakistan. I have received fake products like Quinoa which I couldn't return as I tried to cook, and other accessories which never matched the description mentioned but was able to return. After that I learned to order products with enough reviews only. At the same time, I had good experiences as well where I got the products which I wasn't able to find the in the market otherwise. But what pissed me the most is the Daraz customer service. They have closed the voice call help service and the people available online are all jerks. There solutions are more like "wait and then try again", which shows they don't understand why we try even Daraz? Because we don't have time to go to markets or wait for hours to just through our order. The online consumers are more into availing discounts and saving time and probably they have no clue about their targets consumers. Eventually, I had to remove my app from mobile and finally have to say good bye to Daraz.

I received my order which was missing a couple of items, which is not daraz's fault. However, upon complaining I now have to deal Daraz customer service, I have been assigned four different complaint numbers for the same complaint and still no resolution in sight, also Daraz only refunds your money to Daraz wallet and you only have a 24 hour window to with draw it I mean what's that all about, another cheap ploy by Daraz to make money out of you, if only Pakistan had better consumer protection laws.

Hello, please don't ever use Daraz, they are scammers taking payments from customers, keeping their payments for 13 days and in the end cancelling orders w/o even updating customers that the order has been cancelled, i have chats, emails and call recording, they kept saying that the orders are in processing you will receive the orders for sure, all are liers, i ordered things from the deals sections and the seller was daraz mall, they were running a promotional deals. Their strategy to gain more trafic on their website, please save your time and money do not order.

I am a new seller at daraz.pk or at least I wanted to be a seller. The verification process requires every new seller to purchase packaging material from daraz.pk to get officially verified and go live.
First I couldn't purchase the package because of the "Oops error". After a couple of days and exausting amount of time spend on support they told me to get the packaging material from seller hub and simply tell them package id to go live. Sounds legit enough. I went to the hub and they told me they were out of packaging material. After couple of retry...
I bought a packaging material after visiting the hub. After that I told the packaging is to the customer support from Daraz.pk.
They told me that you will go live in 24-48 hours. Waited and after that checked and surprise surprise my account was still unverified. After every contact with support the time frame expands without anything happening. It's been over a month. No luck. Support listens and forwards my request.
Poor support for seller as well as for customer. Please amazon come to Pakistan so daraz.pk can rest in peace.

Daraz used to deliver products in past but since last few months, they are really into scamming people who pay for products in advance. If you select Cash on Delivery option while ordering, your product would get to you within time but if you ever paid in advance for your order, be sure that your product would never be delivered to you. They really need to be sued in Consumer court. I have done 2 orders on Daraz on 12th August (Paid in Advance) and on 20th August (Cash on Delivery) and I am still hearing excuses for the 12th August order. They first said they would deliver by 19th and then they said it would be delivered by 24th and now they are saying it would be delivered "soon". That soon is never going to come. Search on internet and there are hundreds of customers who are complaining that prepaid orders are not being delivered or delivered very late. They deliver faulty products and claim no responsibility over it

I remember few years ago daraz was a great site. Delivery time was very quick. I used to receive any product within 2-3 days max to Islamabad from any city (Karachi, Lahore). Now even if I order from seller locating in my city. Now even after a week they don't deliver. Your services are getting worse day by day. Improve it or you will loose your customer base. If amazon comes to Pakistan you won't stand a change against them. Its better to improve before disaster comes.

Purchased ipad for my daughter, deadline was 8, not reached, after follow up they excalate the case, committed on 12 August, no call backs no cares, again not reached then they said we ecalate your case to next level very high, dead line was 17, not relieved, then they said, very sorties & apologies, next deadline they put there self 19, now again they changed to 21, till now never received, and I bough another tablets for my daughter, finally, but once I reached to my home country back, I will look for legal aspect of this issue by my selfas I have alhamdulillah halal & hard earned money. Guys I personally don't recommend this poor and bakwas.com to any one. Stay safe and prosperous pakistan & nationals.
