I purchased this product for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day since I was out of the Country. It arrived two weeks late. When it was unpacked the silk flowers were crushed. The vase had a sticker with the saying on it, when it appeared in the photo to be engraved or something of a higher quality. Had I seen this in person prior to purchase I would have NEVER bought it, especially for $100.
Please be careful. Things are not as they appear.
I placed two orders on 10/08/2022. At that time, the order confirmation said, "ships in 2-4 weeks" for both items. I never received any order updates after that. I began checking on 11/01/2022 to see if the orders had shipped. When I checked the website, it said that the items were expected to ship in 24-72 hours. It is now 11/07/2022 (6 days later), and it still says expected to ship in 24-72 hours. When I called Customer Service to check on the status, a very terse woman told me the items were held up in customs and she could not possibly give me any information on their anticipated release or next steps. She said I should just keep checking back. I advised her that I never received any communication regarding shipping or delays from Danbury Mint, and she told me, "that wasn't their job." Hopefully I get my order (worth several hundred dollars). I will never be ordering from Danbury Mint again. I am so disappointed in the poor service and support. The items will not be here in time to serve as gifts as they were intended.
My mother in law recently passed away, and we discovered that she had been suckered into spending thousands of dollars on Danbury Mint "collectables" that are now worthless. Run as fast as you can away from this crap.
My boyfriend purchased a bracelet for Christmas last year. After 6 months of wear ing it 24/7 the gold started coming off and turned a copper color in spots. In January he bought me a ring for my birthday same thing happened to the ring after 6 months. If he knew this was going to happen then he would of never bought the ring for me. But since he bought them within a month apart he did not know this was going to happen to either one. And since there is only a 90 day return or replacement policy we could not return either of them.
I'm a professional buyer, so you can take my advice: don't be fooled... the "collectibles" sold by the Danbury Mint are junk. Do yourself a favor, go find something better made and better priced at Target, Walmart, HomeGoods or Amazon. And don't get sucked in by the installment payments... everything they sell is at least 50% overpriced. Buyer beware.
I ordered a child's necklace from Danbury which came to about $140. I made the first payment then two weeks later they tell me I must pay up the rest of it before I can get what I ordered even though the address that I can make the purchase in three payments. They claim I owe them money which I don't and because I do not have the most uncommon name in the world there's at least three other people with my name in the city. I have no idea what they were talking about I'm wrestling with her I want a refund or pay it off and get the necklace because I was going to buy it for my granddaughter. All I know is one thing, I would never do business with this company again. To me, this is almost tantamount to a bait and switch. Until my credit card statement comes, I cannot show you the purchase that I made. I can probably two weeks when it arrives and I honestly don't know if I should wait till then or not I'll let ylsitejabber make that decision. If they wish to withhold this until my statement comes, that's fine. However please acknowledge the email that this is being sent from because I will update
Ugh! My father used to order coins from them. Now he is 94 and easily confused Somehow he wound up with subscriptions from Danberry Mint. I have called them and instructed them to discontinue all subscriptions, which they said they were doing. But then coins continue to show up in the mail, along with bills for those coins. Another one showed up again today. They seem to be completely disregarding our instructions. I have also repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing lists. Also completely disregarded. My next call is going to be to an attorney. Beware.
My husband ordered a ring for me. The ad said no money down.
He found out much later that they would not engrave my name on the ring until
It was paid for. So my ring's delivery was delayed until he paid, even though
The Danbury Mint ad said he wouldn't have to pay a cent until he received the ring
And was completely satisfied.
I finally received the ring today.
I hope all the other reviewers are exaggerating about
It being worse than the cheapest costume jewelry.:(

Bought an address sign for 100.00. Advertised as brass engraving. When I received it from China it was not as advertised. It has a time metal back with a vinyl cut out with address in vinyl not engraved at all. Total waste of money. They say you have to protect it from the sun!
Thanks to all of you that left a review. I was going to purchase a personalized purse but I wanted to see if the company had reviews before I do so. It obvious that the customer service sucks. And a special thanks to those that ordered the personalized purse. I would also expect my initials on both sides, not just one side, I'll pass on this opportunity. Posting reviews really do make a difference.
Ordered one of the Derek Jeter sculptures in honor of his Hall of Fame induction. Received a statue of poor quality that barely resembles him or the picture shown advertised. Will never order from Danbury again
Can you buy coins? Yes. Can you pay way more than they're worth? Absolutely. What a scam. I've been collecting coins for 50 years and it's a shame what people are charged. My guess is they are either old or coin novices. My mother-in-law got phished by DM. I found out she's been buying coins from them the last couple of years. She's 86 and believes the crap they write in their brochures. They tell you all about the value of the coin but forget to tell you it has to be in MS-65 grade condition which it isn't unless it's a newer mint coin. For those they double the price. You can't even remove a credit card from online, you must call in. Is that even legal? Of course when you call in they try to convince you to keep it there so you won't miss any of their "special offers". The only one making a mint is Danbury.
Bought these for my Wife and she loved them! Just what we expected. Happy Wife, Happy Life:-)
Happy with purchase at a good price. Shipping is slow, but we weren't in any hurry.
Would recommend to other Husbands to score a few points;-)
I ordered a personalized necklace and it was so cheaply made I thought it came out gum ball machine! I mailed it back the same day I received it. Followed tracking number and saw it was delivered. Called and they said yes they received it but would take 3 weeks for a refund. Called awhile later to ask if they could give me a date I might expect my refund and the gal tries to say they have not even received it yet. That is not true! Danbury customer service is argumentive and rude. I would think twice before you order from this business.
They mail me a postal card with offer prefilled out to buy a "I Love You" personalized diamond pendant.
There is NO price on the postcard.
Obviously they hope to trick people into mailing it back.
Trick is, if I mail it in, then they can claim I ordered it, and owe them (I looked it up) the over $100 cost.
A Scam way to do business.
I was sent an item I did not want. I have been trying to return it for over a month. Three times I was told they would mail out a return packing slip. They still haven't sent it. They don't follow through with what they say they will do. I would never buy or recommend them to anyone.
My husband got me a necklace for Christmas and the name was spaced out and it looked extremely bad and very low quality the necklace chain itself is poor quality. I got a replacement and on top of the original problem not being fixed it was missing two stones.
The "I Love You" pendant from the Danbury Mint is very small (7/8 inch). Can you even read the words? The pictures on the mailer and on the web site do not say "enlarged" or "actual size". Very misleading.
Last February 5,2021 order and item for valentine worth U$ 112.69. The Item arrived Feb 13,2021,

I purchased a valentine glass with roses that are "preserved". Very Cheap. Should be about a $20 gift and i paid $129 for it. My wife literally laughed and thought it was a joke the gift was that terrible. What a ripe off.
Answer: I had the same problem with this company bunch of scammers
