Michelle was outstanding in her customer service and was patient with the many changes we made through the process. This was our second challenge coin that we purchased and we have been pleased with the final product. Everyone that has received a challenge coin- absolutely loves them.

I recommend using a simple calendar reminder program to send e-mails to customers whose orders are approaching the two year mark. It was very frustrating for me to have to pay for another mold in order to obtain 50 more coins. If your company had reached out to me to tell me / remind me you were going to destroy the mold, I would have ordered more then. Great coins, though - very pleased with the product.

Love the design of the coin!! It was a little confusing having to order after I got my proof...that's really the only thing I would change. Make it easier to order with one or two clicks instead of having to fill everything out all over again.
