Wish the experience was a little more personal, dealing with email was frustrating and having to go back and forth.
The only negative thing during the whole experience was that the emails were being blocked. Once I figured that out, it was smooth sailing! I communicated mainly through email and didn't have to wait long at all for a reply. Even the proofs came back quickly.
I found the folks that I dealt with to be very helpful and accommodating. I am a little concerned about the various warnings that there is no "guarantee" on a delivery date. I would imagine that in many cases (definitely in mine) the delivery time is crucial. I hope that the verbal assurances will prevail and that I will receive the coins in time for the planned event.
I appreciated the efforts of those with whom I spoke and look forward to receiving the coins.
After I received the coins, in plenty of time and ahead of schedule, I was slightly disappointed in the legibility of the inscription and felt that I should have either been prepared by being told with all of my requested would make legibility difficult. Quality of coins was good.
Awesome work! Very convenient how I sent a draft and you guys had your graphic team send how it would look less than 24hrs after! Also, it was really awesome how you guys just read my emails on what to revise and produced exactly what I had in mind. I hope the final product is as awesome as the draft you guys sent. :)

Can't submit order, i think. Won't take payment info. Tried multiple times on two cards. Kind of puzzled that I got this review request. I'm not sure now if i've completed my order or not. No confirmation, but got review request. Otherwise, interface is fine.

It was a long drawn out process on OUR END. TOok us a while to figure out payment and Challenge Coins LTD was super patient and hyper quick on their responses when i would reach out and ask for patience as we figure out the monetary part. I also understand that customers will bow out anywhere in the process and without them fully knowing whether we would pull the proverbial trigger, they stayed with us and when I emailed that we were good to go, they responded in less than 5 minutes. So, from flash to bang it was ridiculously quick and our product was ordered and started in minutes.
Experience was great. They went above and beyond with my changes every time. I would highly recommend them. Their Art department took all my poorly explained asks and had no issue redoing the proofs over and over for me until it came out exactly like I envisioned. Can't wait to see the coins now

From start to finish, Challenge Coins was prompt and very easy to work with. Their graphics department is clearly quite good as I was unable to provide a proper file format for the proofs that we had in mind, and even without that they were able to recreate identically and in a very short time frame. My company is very much looking forward to receiving these and handing them out to some very deserving employees!
