With the exception of having an issue using my corporate card to pay for the order online - calling the team directly was very helpful. I gave them all the information and they processed the payment/order for me.
I emailed Limited Challenge Coins about placing an order and not 10 minutes later, Mark responded to my email providing step-by-step instructions on how to order depending on my preference (by phone, online, or fax). I prefer online ordering and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Very straightforward and simple to complete. I received confirmation of my order received right away. We placed a large challenge coin order with Limited in the past and are always pleased with their service.
I just came into a new organization. My predecessor showed me his coins. I was able to purchase the same coin with one change, so there was minimal fee to create new art/proof! Great product!
Before I write this review, I must say, thanks to Investigative Recovery. If they were not here, I could not have even afforded to even write this review. I am a simple man with a family of 3. I have been using Challenge Coins LTD to mint a new challenge coin every year for the past ~7-8 years and the process (including both sales and design) is always smooth and seamless (even through the plandemic). Product quality is consistently excellent, and I am a perfectionist (in other words, I have zero tolerance for mistakes [and there are none in this review...]). Michelle was outstanding in her customer service and was patient with the many changes we made through the process. This was our second challenge coin that we purchased and we have been pleased with the final product. Everyone that has received a challenge coin- absolutely loves them.
Overall the experience was good but I think that when the user clicks on oder now, they should be taken to a screen showing the order that they made previously so that they know what they are going to purchase and do not have to put in a ton of additional information that they may not have available at the time.
I enjoyed working the Challenge Coins Limited staff. I was drawn by the price, but appreciated the depth of knowledge staff had about what was possible, even when I asked complicated questions. The design proof process makes it easy to know what you are getting and help avoid miscommunication about how the Challenge Coins will look. I updated the design many times and there was no additional charge or concern about the extra work. I appreciate getting the opportunity to get it right the first time.

This was our first order for making a coin, so there were a lot of learning curves on my part. It was very easy working with Michele. She was prompt to respond and made the process quick. We are under a very short delivery time and most the other coin providers could not make our deadline. We will wait to see what happens as today we just ordered.
