I have purchased 5 rings from the danbury mint over the last 4 years and have always been completely satisfied with there merchandise, it is very high quality and their shipping process is very fast. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have only had the rings for a month and wear them a lot but that is still no reason for them to discolor my finger or chip on the sides which i noticed after a closer look.
I'm very disappointed and after my orders are complete, I will no longer purchase from this company.
High price, for basically junk.
And if I get charged years from now for a purchase I will get a lawyer and go after these people for false advertising. Cheaply made.

I received my personal address plaque on today and it is absolutely stunning! Great job guys! It took a little bit of time and getting here however, it was worth the wait. Could I buy it again? Absolutely yes!
The "I Love You" pendant from the Danbury Mint is very small (7/8 inch). Can you even read the words? The pictures on the mailer and on the web site do not say "enlarged" or "actual size". Very misleading.
I ordered a pair of wedding ring the FIRE set. The rings were nice, but the quality was not what I was looking for at all. The band was very thin and it was to much to care for the ring. With Covid going on I like to clean with Bleach a lot so this wasn't the item for me. Needless to say I have returned them and will not be ordering from here again. Waiting on my refund. When I saw the handbag with the initials on it, I fell in love with it and it even came with a keychain, which was a bonus. So, I ordered one for myself. When I finally received the bag, it only had my initials on one side of the bag. For the money that I spent on it which includes
The delivery charge, I was expecting my initials to be on both sides, to make it look like it was an actual designer bag. Had I known this wasn't the case, I probably would not have ordered it. For this reason, I think they need to reduce the price a little.

My Queen Elizabeth Sculpture arrived and the brass plaque on the wooden plinth was off centre so I've asked for a refund & didn't get one apology from customer services!
I saw so many bad reviews about this Co. I ordered a personalized pocket book, about 2mths ago, and every time I check the website, I see a different date. Just hope I am not disappointed eventually.

The problem that I have with this ring is that it does not look anything like the photo or video of the ring on your website. Your company should post the actual photo of the actual ring being sent to me. I am a Army Veteran who was both proud and excited to receive my ring to the point that I was going to gift one to two other Army Vets but after seeing the poor quality of the ring, I have changed my mind. Not only did you loose two additional customers, you will also loose my business as well.
The two positive things I want to say is that both the Customer Service person I talked to and their manager were both very nice and apologized for any inconvenience. I want to thank the two young ladies for being so caring and understanding. Keep up the great customer service ladies.
I ordered the heart necklace which is advertised to have diamonds across the top. I'd be fine if there were diamond chips to sparkle -- if one could see them. I used a magnifying glass and can barely make out what are supposed to be diamonds. It's mostly just shiny metal! I checked their website and it claims that there are diamonds -- so I have to say in that respect, they are misrepresenting their product.
I just bought, for $150 a Marine Corps ring 4 $150.
This rain is not worth $50. I contacted them to let me know that I was unhappy with the product and explain why. Told them I wanted to return it they would not schedule a pickup label oh, and I am disabled. The woman on the phone said don't talk to me that way, or I can't talk to her that way. Received one that looked like it was carried in someone's blue jean pocket for a 100'years. Was supposed to receive a return shipping label since I have no way to print the label. Well haven't received it yet and my account was charged. With as much business as I have done with Danbury this is totally not acceptable. Was told by the customer service I would have the return label in 3-5 days that was 3 weeks ago! Not happy!
The pictures they post are seriously misleading. I ordered earrings for my wife's b'day in early January... they finally arrived February 26 after several excuses. The posted pic made them look to be a couple of inches long. In reality they're maybe 1/2 inch... plus at over $100 they were seriously overpriced. If there are faux diamonds on them you need a magnifying glass to see them. Fool me once... there won't be a twice! Shabby company.
Ordered ring in October 2018, kept getting your order will ship on a certain date. Every time I checked the date would jump 2-3 days. Finally after 3 months ordered cancelled and explanation was ring discontinued for the Army. I see there are rings for Air Force, Navy and Marine Corp still up on website. Don't order them they won't have them. Very disappointed in this company.
I am sooooo disappointed in my Kamala Harris portrait doll. I placed my order Jan 20 and just got it a couple of weeks ago. The doll that I received in the mail looks nothing like the one they advertised. This was my first order with Danbury Mint and will definitely be my last! I'm including pics. Order # *******. I Ordered a necklace for my wife. They advertise the cost as $99. You end up paying $114 including taxes. And then they forgot to update my Apt number on the address. I called up the customer service for the delayed shipment and she only said Ok ok ok and nothing else. She didn't have the courtesy to say SORRY. I am not sure about the product quality. Yet to receive this. I wanted to give -5* rating but somehow can't do that
Do not bother. I thought this was a dollar store gag gift from from my spouse on valentines day. Real roses? No way. Cheap cheap cheap fake rose like things jammed in a glass jar on top of some 5 cent gauze. 130 dollars for this junk. Just no and never buy from this company. At best he should have paid 20 dollars. Total scam and RIP off. In fact he could have done better at the dollar store.
