This site is a rip off charge my account yet didn't send the item. After a month I followed up with them they sent something totally different.

Ordered cargo pants. Pockets have holes in them. One of those deals where you get a little less than you actually paid for.

I have been a customer of DailySteals for a number of years. They come up with stuff I'm interested in buying and the prices are always great.
They sell cheep Chinese knock offs! You get what up pay for. Don't order from these people because you'll be sorry when the China knock offs arrive.
Daily Steals
On July 14,2021 I contacted them to inform them that a Surface Pro 5 that I ordered was defective. It would not turn on or charge. I paid through Paypal and funds where taken from my bank account.

On August 5, I emailed again asking for my refund.
They answered:

My bank shows nothing. Upon checking their web, they have given me store credit for the amount. I have emailed them numerous times to ask them to refund to my paypal account and they keep repeating the same thing. I have filed a dispute through Paypal and no response yet. However, Paypal shows a different company that drew the accounts and not Daily Steals so I have no idea how this will turn out.
This is not acceptable and it's a scam. My funds should have been returned by now.
I received my funds back disputing through Paypal. Even after this, they thought they there were the ones who made it happen.
Bought a computer from daily steals and it was corrupted
A third party was given my phone number and called offering to fix the corruption for a price.
STAY AWAY
So like everyone who bought a Nexus galaxy GSM from dailysteals, I was really excited to get the phone. However, there has been nothing but problems with this company. I have tried to be patient with them until now.
1. After they immediately charged my credit card, I was never given any notice of when my item was being shipped. I had to email them to receive a tracking number.
2. After I got the item, I opened the box and saw one huge crack on the screen and a couple of smaller cracks. Obviously either item was improperly handled or they just shipped me a damaged phone.
3. I had to email the company twice over a span of a week and a half until someone responded to me. Their advice was to contact Samsung for their international warranty on the phone. I do not know why I had to contact Samsung when dailysteals sent me a damaged phone. But yet I decided to contact Samsung but they said they would not cover it. So back to emailing dailysteals and guess what? After 3 days of waiting for their response, I am STILL WAITING. I have been trying to get a replacement for 3 WEEKS. Their return policy is non-existent by the way. I think those automated responses saying that a representative should be contacting me within 1-2 days should be taken off or changed.
For all the people who gotten replacements with paid shipping and all of that, I feel that those items are very inexpensive and can be easily replaced. For the people who have gotten expensive items (worth hundreds of dollars), dailysteals will try to lag to help you. Maybe they are just waiting for the dissatisfied customers to give up on the product. Usually I give companies benefit of the doubt but this is taking way too long. Everyone who buys from dailysteals be careful, you might be just like one of the many disgruntled customers.
Very bad customer service! They do nit respond to emails. Slow shipping with bad tracking numbers and info.
