I bought a Series 3 Apple Watch and I received a very scratched used watch. I asked for a refund however between restocking fees and a protection they forced me to buy which they don't want to reimburse, I lost $50. I could have juts bought it at Best Buy. Don't waste your time, in the end it will cost you money and headaches.
I would advise not to use this company to purchase anything. I have sent 10 emails to customer service and had absolutely no help. I have tracked my package and it has stayed at the same location for two weeks. Their customer service is a joke. I paid for insurance in case it's lost or stolen and I think that is worthless because I asked them to just cancel my order and refund my money and have not heard back. I'm deathly gonna report them
I tried to order from here and the initial charge said failed. Ran it again and it went though. Then get two emails that for the same item and 2 charges on my card for the same item. I've tried to contact customer service multiple times to get one canceled and no one has responded to the multiple emails I've left. Now I'm going to be shipped two iPads and charged twice and charged a return fee because of their glitchy system and slow customer service. I won't be using daily sale again and would suggest others don't buy here either.
I give them one star I purchased a iPad it was the wrong iPad that I needed kept emailing Daily Sale to let them know that i didn't open the package I took it back to post office to return to sender I emailed them and no response and they still kept my money and still no response to my emails if I could rate y'all a zero I would I will never ever do business with y'all again I'm one angry customer
Really cant even give a 1 on the review. Purchased iphone that promised unlocked and would connect with any carrier. Will NOT connect with Sprint. Didnt want to send back just wanted it to do what they said which was a lie! Have emailed many times, keep getting run around!
I ordered an IPad with retina on 10/26/2021 & received it around 11/7/2021. It completely stopped working around 12/5/2021. I emailed DailySale on 12/6/202! To let them know the iPad wasn't working. They assigned a caseworker who sent me the exchange/return link. It said I couldn't return it because it was past my return date of 11/26/2021, which is not even 30 days from the date of receipt. After emailing back & forward with them for days & explaining that the iPad didn't work anymore, they still told me I couldn't return it because my return date has closed. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I ordered a samsung chrome laptop for my son for christmas. The pictures made it look shiney and new but when I received it all the paint was worn out like it was 100 years old scratches all over it I mean the actual worth of the thing is less than 10 bucks with the condition it was in. I ordered 2 apple watches as well and praying to God they are not in same condition or there will be hell to pay. They basically took an old beat up laptop and put a shiney sticker on it that was peeling off.
I bought a computer... turned out it could not be used as it could NOT be updated! Returned to DailySale but they CLAIM they didn't get it ( i have signed receipt) but they refuse to give me scan number to send "signed receipt"? Suspicious? Yes! They have the computer and i got NOT REFUND! DONT USE DAILY SALE!
Purchased a necklace and what I received is tiny compared to the advertised necklace. Requested a return and they sent a shipping label. I returned the item and I haven't received my refund yet... almost 3 weeks after the return was complete. To top it off I used PayPal for the payment and now PayPal won't help me because I used the shipping label provided by Dailysale. So I don't have a necklace or any of my money back. Not a happy customer of Dailysale or PayPal. Feeling Scrooged!

I got an Apple Watch I never really wore it but when I did it didn't stay charged long at all. I've only had it a month and it won't charge at all I just the red line like it's charging now it won't turn on. So maybe I just get a decent one but you get what you pay for that's for. I was already worried about getting it.

I ordered a refurbished Ipad Air 4... all customer service to my questions while waiting for my order were replied to Extremely slow (up to 2 days) However I received a different Product from what was ordered, I received an Ipad 4 ( which is OLD techno0logy from 2012) the Ipad Air 4 is from 2020 or 2021. Which makes this merchandise unusable by me. I have now contacted them for a prepaid return shipping label and a refund... I am Waiting... for a reply. I've seen several previous reviews about this company as to Sending different merchandise than what they had ordered... However they had mostly positive reviews, S I decided to order from them... STAY AWAY from this company... none of this is worth the frustration, bother and inconvenience to me up to now and awaiting the reply... Their Website AND THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL Clearly states the purchase was for an Ipad Air 4 Not an Ipad 4, which is what they filled the order with...
Their apple products are outdated and apple don't offer support for them. They don't offer security because they are outdated which could put you at risk if you are doing more than letting your kids watch YouTube downloads. If there are issues with the purchases customer service does not follow through nor offer a good customer experience. Buy elsewhere that gives you a quality product and customer service.
Purchased a gold chain on Dailysale as a gift. It broke the first time it was used. Daily sale refused a refund or exchange.
Buyer beware. I ordered a Figaro chain and they sent me a rope instead. When I contacted them, they told me that they would provide a return label, but that they would charge me for the return label if I wanted a refund. Won't be shopping on their site again!
I bought a Dyson hairdryer, didn't work. They took the $49 protection fee then just to return it there's a $39 handling fee. I paid $250 for it. I was elated, now I'm deflated.
Over a week and still nothing done about a ipad I bought. I was sold a 5 yr old iPad. You can't even add apps to it. This was for my Autistic son and I can't give it to him bc he would have a huge meltdown trying add apps he isn't able to. I have email these people everyday. They sent me my number to use for returning and it says not returnable and for 5 days they have been asking their "people" about this. I feel like I was scammed. I am beyond upset bc I am now out of that money. It was my first and last time buying anything from them. They say they are all about the customer well that's a lie bc this would have been taken care of faster than this. I want someone to do the right thing and either give me an ipad I can actually add an app to or refund me money I can buy from someone else. At this moment it isn't useful just a paperweight at this point.
Ordered a refurbished Apple Watch and read reviews after issues came up. My watch never arrived but by the looks of it, that's probably a good thing as other refurbished purchases have arrived for other customers non-working or severely damaged. Customer service is non-existent, I have been battling for nearly a month for a refund for a watch I requested to cancel within 24 hours but never even arrived, there is no phone number, and "Miguel" keeps telling me to file a claim with USPS even though I tried and USPS told me that because DailySale never bought shipping insurance, I have no options with them. So I have no watch and my money is in limbo and "Miguel" only answers once every few days if I'm lucky. Thankfully I ordered to pay through Affirm and have been able to dispute the charge with them (although their service is just as awesome as DailySale so far). I'm pretty sure DailySale is a scam. If you're here, I think you already have that feeling as well. Steer clear. It looks like most of their 5-star reviews on most review sites are planted/bought.
