Over 2 weeks ago I placed an order for 2 sheet sets. Every day since then I have received an email saying I needed to log onto Amazon and pay. I paid at the time I placed my order. I have attempted to contact them via email on several occasions with no response from them. I just got an email from FedEx saying they received my item (note singular not plural) for shipment and I should expect shipment by Oct. 8th. EXCUSE ME?
The website took me to the product I was looking for and had me sign up for the e-newsletter to gain an additional discount on the product. Once I signed up for the e-newsletter, I discovered the product was out of stock. What a scam.

Company response: An insert should have been included with your package stating that Spectra/Apollo are sister companies of Foster Grant and manufactured at the same place. If you wish to return hem, it will have to be at your cost. A full refund will be issued upon receipt.

I went to the website and called them to make sure the Sony TV (with stock #) was IN STOCK. The guy said YES, so I ordered.
I been waiting for last 1 month, and still showing "Backordered" on the website. I have called them many time, and they keep saying, it will be here, "this week", or "next week." Totally BS!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I have a confirmed order on January 7,2018. As of today, February 28, my order for the All-in-One Film Scanner has not arrived. I've sent them an email to follow up but the it keeps on bouncing back. So they have my money and yet no product or at least a response from them. No way to reach them. Somebody from the USA ought to sue them for the scam.
They appeared to have some decent items at a great price. I usually check out these companies before i buy anything but this time i figured i'd order an item and i went through the process and at checkout i was told i couldn't order it because of some rule that they now have where you have to buy 2 or more items in order for them to take the order so little do they know that that actually sealed the deal that i would not do business with them and then i unsubscribed from them and looked them up online to see just how crooked these people really are. Thank you for not accepting my original order cause you could have scammed me but you did me a big favor.
I am so sad that whatever you order can't seem to be shipped -its not like coming from China I ordered a product 14 days later after checking on shipping absolutely nothing sent a comment and wha ha it was shipped Ordered this August 9 today is Sept 1 still no delivery If you really want the product go for it as long as you b are willing to wait a month or longer
I bought some shorts, first they didn't have the size tag, I asked for XXL size and what they send were maybe large, contac customer service to no avail. The last email was that I should check the return policy, very very bad costomer service. They won't acknowledge their mistake. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. I Won't any more.

I ordered a charger for my camera from these scammers from ebay only a few weeks ago the charger came after 3 weeks and straight away I realised it would not work with a UK wall socket it had only two terminals which was fixed that would not fit at all I emailed the company and they said cant I sell it to a friend? They promised to refund me two pounds WTF?.
They never delivered my parcel and when I called buffalo about 20times and sent email about 10times

They sent the pants I ordered but the quality was very very poor and they were so short I cannot wear them. I am a short person and always order PETITE but these were up between my knees and ankles.ridiculous. Then, when I tried to contact customer support they claim I am not in their system! I purchased a watch and when it (finally) arrived it did not work - ordered a replacement that doesn't work either - also ordered 2 orbiting glow balls - guess what - RIGHT they aren't worth a crap either - I have requested my purchase price back but to no avail
