I wish I could give a 10 negative stars review. This site is a scam. I ordered 2 Christmas items and received socks. Nobody will answer the phone number shown and they don't respond to emails or the email gets bounced back. Falling for the scam is on me but places like this should not be allowed to advertise and should be prosecuted for taking people's money and advertising falsely.

Please don't use buy any one on this website. I have ordered water jet for my car wash. But i got cutter. Value of my money 1500. Again so many search seller address didn't got till now. So humble request to all don't buy any one on this site.

This company took my order and payment Jan 8. They sent out wrong order and when I went to contact message stated they were out for holiday until beginning of Feb. Messaged them that they sent me wrong order packaged under my tracking number. Requested my ordered items. Stated would be in mail. I requested new tracking number. Stated my items were out of stock and asked for my patience. I was told again... that items would be in-stock in a week... I waited 10 days and asked for my tracking number. Again I was asked for my patience. It had been nearly 3 mo Tha since my original order date and no order and no refund. I am out of patience for sure. Just poor customer care all around.

This place is so nice I wouldn't go to else I love everything I've gotten there and I love the people all so very nice iove the people I've meet there

The company and their quality is awful. They don't respond to email, and they don't state their ZERO return policy up-front. Additionally, I clicked on the buy 2 pair for 60% off, and they charged me the 50% off one pair price. I emailed them immediately and they didn't respond. You are required to submit the order number when you email support, which I did, and it wouldn't accept it, so after multiple attempts, I attached a copy of the order. Still no response. Don't waste your money!

Ordered goods was told they were on order then suddetget email stating no longer available, and I have two choices refund or 15 % more, I took the refund sent my Bank details and over a month later waiting for a refund. They are pure and simply thieves.

My order is stuck with their delivery service called "Buffalo", they never came here and their phone number does not work. When I write emails they write back in broken English that they could not phone me, so they want a second delivery fee (without stating how high it is and how to pay for it).
They were never here and now no one is answering.
Deals Daily customer service tells me that it is my fault, so I must pay them, they refuse to refund or resend.

I recently bought a macbook from a website called Daily Deals. When I received my order, it was the wrong computer. The one I received was a less expensive model, so rather then send it back, I told them I would keep it and take the difference in price as a credit. That was over a month ago, now they say they would not comply to my request, sorry. This has been more then frustrating. All I wanted was a credit towards a future purchase.
Do not buy anything on this site!

Their courier Buffalo logistics kept telling me that yhey tried to deliver and we always have multiple parcels from multiple courier companies. This company keeps lying and saying that i am not reachable. Bull $#*!. Now i complained eith my daily deals and have explained the situation now they refer to me as not comunicating as i have been yelling my head off for 5 days straight with their courier pieces of crap. I filed for a refund and their landline is not working. Now they completely ignore me and still no refund or result.

I got 2 shirts the same size one was 6 inches larger than the other. You can read the newspaper thru one. They don't print return labels so I can't return have noway to print one. They can print but won't. Terrible customer service.
