Placed an order for an "in stock" item over a week ago. They charged the card the same day but no shipping confirmation. Cannot get an answer by phone or email. The two employees I did talk to were rude and useless. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company. I am in the process of having Amex do a charge back and purchasing elsewhere!
Purchased a $600 set of shocks. Tried to cancel the order before it was sent, with no luck. Customer service would not answer my emails. Now I have a set of shocks that I don't want or need. I have filled out the return form at least 6 times now. Still no answer from customer service. This is by far the worst website / company I have ever dealt with. Stay away from them like the plague... It's now been a month since I ordered and still no reply from customer service.
You always wonder about buying from the cheapest retailer. Bought a Shorai motorcycle battery from these guys for much less than the competition. After placing the order, I saw all the negative reviews they have and was a little concerned. However, I got prompt email updates and the product delivered 2 days later via UPS. So don't let the bad reviews scare you away. Who knows if the other reviews are even from actual customers... I didn't have to provide proof of purchase to write this review.

My order said take 20% off shipping with an order code that it didn't allow me to put in. When I went to return the order I got foreign tech support that could not give me a return authorization number or return address. She said she would get back to me by email.

Went to website to order a windshield it kept kicking me back to home page at end of checkout tried to get it ordered 3 times it ordered 3 windshields, I immediately sent email and also called customer service dept and was told that they would cancel 2 of the three orders. Hours later got an email saying I would have to refuse delivery to force a return, delivery drivers throw your pkg and leave no signature required will not be using their service again
Ordered a Mikuni carburetor which said (one left) on the website and two weeks later I had to call them because I still haven't received a confirmation of my order along with a tracking number. It seems that the only way I could get any answers was to call customer service. As it turns out still no carburetor and an approximate ship date a few months out. Had to cancel my order. Not very pleased will probably not do any business with them in the future. I prefer to pay a little more and actually get my parts at a reasonable time.
I ordered Rox risers for my Triumph Tiger. Their price was good, so I thought how hard can it be. Wrong. The website showed an image and description that was the right fit. This is not what I received. Same run around as everyone one else here, so I won't bore you with the details. My solution was to contact Rox directly. No manufacturer wants a distributer to hurt their brand reputation. I emailed Rox and they said they would send me what I needed and talk to cycleplicity. I received my parts in two days and sent them the parts I had received. I was still out what I paid cycleplicity, but Rox charged me nothing. I would still be trying to get my money back had it not been for Rox stepping in and doing the right thing.
My point here is talk to the manufacturer. If they all deny cycleplicity the ability to distribute their products, it will put them out of business and no one will have to deal with this again.
I was sent the wrong item. Moving heaven and earth is easier than returning and getting a refund. And it was their mistake. After 2.5 months I got a partial refund, for their mistake!

Don't know what's up with all the bad reviews. I ordered a Bikemaster battery and charger on Sunday night. I had a UPS tracking number Monday at noon and delivery on Tuesday morning. Oh, and it was the lowest price on the internet too.
Purchased 3 items for over $330.00. One of the Items had to be returned. First request for an RMA, they did not respond to. Second request they required pictures... even though I told them they were new in the package... and they said they did not receive the pictures. The third request they got the pictures, but I had to write over and over requesting the RMA. The 4th week, they said I would have my refund in my account in 1-3 days. Seven business days later, I filed with PayPal and amazingly, they finally credited my account... Over 4 weeks later. BEWARE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
This place lists things for sale on their website, that they don't even have. For prices it cannot be found elsewhere. They tell you it is coming "direct from the manufacturer." Then after having you wait for a few days, they tell you it is not available. Uh, the MANUFACTURER ran out? BULL. Just collecting yo stuffs. Rude as hell, completely do not give a crap that maybe you actually NEED what THEY SOLD, and YOU NEED, and they do not even have.

The worst experience ever. The product listed on the website was not the part that I payed for. When I called I spoke with some incompetent employee that was unsympathetic to the situation. I told him about the misleading picture, his response, " you can't trust the pictures on the internet because they are just stock photos." Oh really?! How does one shop online then?! This company lacks something that is starting to become rare in this world... Integrity. In the end, I lose. Do yourself a favor, in fact, do everyone a favor and do not do business with this company. After 7 days I started sending e-mails and calling to their Customer Service. No any definite response. I requested my money back - no, they did not want to return my money. In 10 days they responded that item will be shipped tomorrow. In 11 days they CANCELLED my order. This company does not respect you - don't respect their business, don't buy anything from them
