They sent me a tracking number. 2.5 weeks later Fed Ex says that hey never got a package. MLBShop says the warehouse screwed up (send an empty box). After poking more holes in this story I find the item was directly being sent from the manufacture. But Customer Service could not tell me why my item was not sent. No matter how many times I asked. Huh?
Stay away from this site. Don't let MLB in the name fool you. This is a clown outfit!
I was sent the wrong item. Moving heaven and earth is easier than returning and getting a refund. And it was their mistake. After 2.5 months I got a partial refund, for their mistake!
