When I was going to order my tires, through the local store, I was told that they would arrive on separate days. Then I was told that they would arrive on the same day, so I proceeded to order them. When the order information came through, it showed that the back tire would be coming in days later. I called back, and I talked to Arvin. He got the order switched, so that it would come out of a closer warehouse, so it would get here sooner.

These Boots offer Great protection while riding. They are very Easy to walk in, and comfortable.
Works well. It's a bit finicky to install, so I'd recommend bringing this into a store to have them help install it. Just remember: you only get only real chance when installing a pinlock. After that, the seal will be ever so slightly imperfect. Make sure the visor is clean, because whatever is left in the visor with the pinlock is installed will stay in the seal.

The online shopping and delivery were great, but when the women's motorcycle pants arrived it was apparent that there is a big problem with sizing, fit, and style in women's pants. They are much smaller than advertised and way too tight for comfortable riding, even if described as straight fit. They weren't even close to what I was going for, which was very disappointing.
I ordered an Icon Airform Helmet and Cardo Spirit. CycleGear packed the order quickly and it was on its way ASAP. The unfortunate thing was that FedEx was the shipper. FedEx has a horrible reputation in my area and they rescheduled delivery 3 times causing me to not have my gear for my scheduled road test which was days after the initial scheduled delivery date. I had to borrow gear from a friend. This is not at all the fault of CycleGear. I love them and will use them again. I will be sure to add a note not to use FedEx next time.
The selection, payment and follow through on delivery status was first rate. Definitely a do again source for parts and riding gear. If you are close to a Cycle Gear store, the tire mounting and balance charges are a great deal.

Stock Suzuki DR 650 seat is about like sitting on a 2 x 4. Bought this low seat from Cycle gear with the right foam and cover to stay cool on the long rides. Best thing for this type of ride.

I received a camo motorcycle cover that is not the color on the picture of the add. It cost me 50+ dollars and the material of the cover is as thin as a cheap umbrella. So I received a 50+ dollar item that's worth about $10 at the dollar store and it's the wrong color

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
