Mr. Justin found what I needed online and got my canister for my safety gear. When my order came in Ms. Cheyenne called me right away and also invited me to their Bike night. As I arrived I was greeted by staff members and manager. Mr. Kobe found my order in the back and invited me to scan a QR code to possibly win some give away from their Bike Night. Also manger walked me through what to do to make sure my safety gear was properly working before installing new canister for my safety airbag vest.

Hi, when I came in to pick up Anthony was the only person in the store. He was very helpful though, but overwhelmed. You need to increase your staff to avoid long wait times.
I ordered my gloves online at the store because they did not have any left. I figured it would be a day or two, but it took way longer then that for the gloves. They are cool but only time will tell if they are worth the buck. As far as shops go, its not terrible not is it the best. The only thing I would say that makes this location worth visiting is really the employees who are the best, knowledgeable and ready to help.

Order through cycle gear so you could mount AND BALANCE my wheels but all they did was mount and said they couldn't balance due to not being able to find the right cone for my wheels and I still paid full price for the mount and balance that never happened

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
