He followed up with a personal phone call when the product arrived. He transferred my headset electronics from my old helmet to the new one when I picked up my helmet. No wait time, no drop off and come back in a day or so. Great job

Called local CG and young lady offered to ordered my Shoei helmet liner and visor instead of me using online route. Worked great for me, she looked-up helmet liner thickness, which I had no idea of (9mm or 13mm.what?).
I purchased a jacket and a helmet and it came on time and in great condition.

The clothing looks great and the store pickup was easy, except that there was no option for a gift receipt. So if the recipient needs a different size, or returns it for whatever reason, the clothing amount is returned to MY account. He can't even exchange or get store credit. I won't purchase a gift from there again.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
