Tires received in a timely manner. But when having them installed. Store called me and informed me that they did not have the tool to install the rear tire 90deg.valve stem which they sold me. Unfortunate

Helmet fit great. Looks great and was exactly as described. Not CycleGear's problem but helmet came late via UPS. Scheduled to be delivered before Christmas and it was a day late. It's all good though. My son loves it
I took my measurements for all the clothing products I purchased, but everything was still too small and will need to be returned or exchanged. Yes, I was sure to confirm inches vs. centimeters.

Wasn't to happy with my purchase. The shade visor wouldn't go down properly and would get stuck. The bluetooth speaker was blown out. They forgot to pack the charging cord.
It was frustrating to have to order an e-gift card as a Christmas present. I would much have preferred the real thing.
Update: originally my purchase " wasn't eligible for discount" but they were able to credit me the discount amount for another purchase. I appreciate the effort to make it right

've noticed even your own online tire prices don't always reflect what the Woodbury MN store has because on 2 different occasions their in store price has been lower than the online price has shown for cycle gear. So now I tend to go in and check out the store prices in person before making any decisions on buying tires. The staff at this store is always very professional, nice and just seem to be in a happy mood which is so nice compared to many other businesses. So happy with this store that even when I had to order this adaptor I'm being asked to rate here that I chose to get it from cycle gear so this Woodbury MN store really deserves recognition.
