Excellent. I walked in to buy a jacket and left $1800 later.
I am very satisfied with my experience with cycle gear, however the last product I ordered, a set of Universal mirrors, was very cheaply made and they had very little adjustment range. I guess you get what you pay for thought.
Customer service was great! I'm a beginner bike rider and they helped talk me through great safety gear for riding
We have been looking for years for SMALL jackets and boots for women. Cycle Gear actually had a selection of XS women's jackets and size 5 boots!
Had to order the right size pads for our new motorcycle jackets we purchased. Came on time without any issues. All around great customer service from start to finish.
They are nice. But are built smaller in size. So I got a large.
Shipped right away to my doorstep the following week.
Please don't spam email so much! Excessive spam may result in no further orders
I ordered a 38. I'm 5'4", 110 lbs and will not be able to wear layers under this jacket. The quality and construction seem excellent.
Easily navigable site -- great to see what is and isn't actually available early on in the ordering process.
They helped me size my helmet and order a pin lock. Thanks much!
Sales rep in the store was very helpful in selecting the jacket for my needs.
I went into the store and ordered a helmet. After try a few helmets on I showed him a picture of the helmet I wanted, including item number. I thought was getting an all Black Scorpion helmet, however i received a Black and Grey printed one. This helmet was also $20 more than original one I asked for.
The helmet was a great color and a perfect fit for my 11 year old daughter
Received a birthday voucher, used to ship free to a store. Can't complain.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
