Ordered a set of Pirelli Supercorsa SP V4s and the entire process from purchase to install was excellent. The tires showed up at the store within a couple days and they had the tires mounted and ready for pickup 2 hours after I dropped off my wheels. Communication was excellent with emails and phone calls letting me know when the tires arrived and when they were mounted and ready for pickup. Overall excellent experience.

You can return your purchase within 90 days. In order to qualify product must be in new, unused/uninstalled condition. All original packaging and tags must be included. Returns with ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents will not be accepted.Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the items have been received and inspected.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
Our expedited shipping is business days. We do apologize the item you ordered was not eligible for expedited shipping because of the lithium battery component. It was required to ship standard ground.
