For what the product is I guess it's fine. Intallation was a pain as it's just zip ties in tight places. But what made the experience worst is that the package itself took 2 weeks for delivery and when it arrived the packaging looked like it had gone around the world as it literally arrived in Hawaii before it came back to Texas.
Great experience, helmets look great and fit great. Added my own Bluetooth devices.
I was expecting a call or text message when installation was complete. Didn't get one. I had to call to verify. Installation was done timely tho, so no complaints there.

I had a devil of a time trying to bolt 4 "fingers" to the back plate. What should have taken 5 minutes took 20. It would help if "small screw (A)" were maybe an eighth inch longer
