Helmet true to sizing. Great half Helmet with the zip out/in ear/neck pad. I do wish the visor was a bit longer, but then the "lift" at higher speeds might be a problem. (I could find out by attaching some black plastic to that visor). Delivery time was a little long, but it was free.

I ordered an 18" TUBliss bladder and a 21" along with a roll of rim tape for each wheel. I immediately got an email that the 21" bladder was out of stock and they would refund me for that item. What I received was 2 18" bladders and 2 rolls of tape for each wheel. And no refund for the 21.
The only thing I have to say is, I'm 71 and no one helped me with rolling in 2 wheels and tires, (didn't even hold the door open) or help roll them out! There were 3 attendants working and not one asked if I needed help. Other than that, its was good.
My order was retrieved and brought on the date that was expected. As for the employees they were able to guide me a bit more regarding my purchase and knew how to properly explain the items.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
