After 26 years, both my daily jackets (winter and summer) had earned their retirements. I Ordered two new riding jackets from Cycle Gear. A new summer and a new winter, about a week apart. Both arrived in perfect condition and in less than a week for each. Can't ask for better service and ordering.

Staff at the Santa Rosa store are good. When they didn't have my tire in stock and it was out of stock in all stores they put me on a notification list for when my tire restocked. Got the notice, ordered it online, then they put on the wheel in a day and I was riding Sheena (Motorcycle) the very next day.

Product was as advertised. Fit was good, had to trim some off the bottom of legs but overall fit was as expected. Link to track delivery didn't work. Had to go to website and pull up my order and copy tracking number from there and paste into fedex website tracker. Package took a couple days longer than expected but got it in about a week. Overall, satisfied.

Shipping was slow. Store personal ordered wrong tire. I told them NO WHITE Stripe they ordered white stripe the tire balancing equipment was not working. I was asked if I wanted to take my wheel and tire without the balance that I had Paid for? Not a proper way to conduct business. Not Happy with my Experience.

Ordered tires from Cycle Gear online on Saturday. They arrived the following Wednesday, I took them in to my local Cycle Gear store ( Santa Rosa, CA) for mounting and had them on my bike on Thursday night!
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
