I really liked the option of picking up my order in the Cycle Gear store. Pickup in store was free of charge and allowed me to review the product in front of the staff to inspect it for any defects before taking delivery of it. Ordering through Cycle Gear was easy and I plan on purchasing more through them. The Dainese jacket I ordered was shipped well without and visible creases from folding.

I stopped in the store in Allentown for 2 new helmets. The only option in the sizes we needed were white or that weird blue color... I can't believe black had to be ordered. But they shipped on time, and arrived in perfect condition... so no complaints

I got a notification from FedEx that my items were delivered and signed for at to the store so I called the store in Fullerton and the manager guy who answered the phone said that the items haven't arrived. I was confused, and I thought that maybe I had been taken for because I was notified that my items were delivered yet they weren't there. The manager guy was no help. He basically told me to go $#*! myself and the items aren't there. Yeah, Alfred no Reassurances or information on delivery protocol you just told me they're not there and there's nothing he's can do about it. The guy calls our layer saying that the items were ready for pick up. So I'm confused about that whole situation, but the manager guy was a piece of $#*!

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
