Nice jacket just a few things though the zippers are not the greatest they spilt very easy if you don't line them up just right. Also the zippers are on the wrong side for a men's jacket. Other than that it's a nice jacket fits well and would buy again.

The online shopping experience was good. I chose ship-to-store and the tire arrived at the store in plenty of time to meet my needs. My plan was to drop my wheel off at the store when I was outbound on a business trip (driving from South Carolina to North Carolina), then pick up the wheel with tire moujnted on the way home. All went like clockwork.
The store mounted and balanced the tire in time for me to pick it up as planned. I got home and remounted the wheel, which is a lot of work on my bike. But by the time I had remounted it, three of the five balancing weights fell off. An examination of the weights showed that they didn't bother to clean the rim in the area where the weights were applied, so they didn't stick.
Called the store, and their answer was for me to put the weights back on myself (as if it's that easy to figure out where they were), or take the wheel off and come back...a 40-mile drive and a lot of work, with no guarantee that they would do it right the second time. I was so upset with them that I went out and bought a balancing stand at Harbor Freight.
I signed up for all of the mailing lists in order to get "10% off your whole order" - only to find the thing I wanted to order wasn't eligible. This felt like a bait and switch and I now have an entirely poor impression of the whole organization.
First time rider so I didn't really know what kind of gear I was looking for, the staff in person was great and helped me out a bit. I sadly got a headache with my first helmet I thought fit well in the store, but at home it started hurting with longer periods, they made the return super easy!
There are lots of places to buy motorcycle tires. I needed someone who could also mount it on the wheel at a reasonable price.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
