I always go to the physical store for gear to ensure fit/comfort. As always folks were great at suggesting alternatives and ordering via them. Had the V2s and only issue was pad under the shifter started crumbling. These are as comfortable out of the box as my old boots..
The quality of the globes are amazing and after referencing other peoples reviews I even decided to go a size up which fits great. My only issue is with the delivery time or carrier. I was given the wrong information to track the delivery so every day for 3-4 days it would say it would be delivered that same day. Once i received the correct tracking information it was handed off to another carrier which kinda made the delivery time be prolonged. Once I got the correct carrier that had my package they were also nearly 2 days late on the time.
I had some doubts before buying, mostly about timing, but it was very quick, very safe and I found everything I needed! I will keep on buying.

I wanted gloves with better wrist protection as I've already injured them before in an accident. Being that I have small hands, the connected pinky & ring finger is something I have to adjust to but these gloves are perfect. I love the feel of them. 10/10 would recommend

I just wish it was a same day purchase. Unfortunately the clerk at the store didn't put the time and effort to let me know they had the item in store.
I needed a new helmet and riding boots. The color of the helmet that I wanted was not in stock. The boots that I wanted are not normally stocked. Tim the sales associate who helped me said that he could order these items for me and have them delivered to my home. If I didn't like the items, or if there were any issues concerning fitment, I could return them. Moreover, shipping was free. I agreed and received my items in about three days. It was well packed and no issues. I was pleased with the speedy delivery service and the courteous and knowledgeable help provided by Tim. Friendly and knowledgeable sales people are a plus. So many retailers fail in this area. I will continue to shop at Cycle Gear.
Good price on SBS brake pads but most pads are packaged in blister packaging to protect the pads. These pads came loose in a box. I guess they are o.k. We will see when installed ( probably fine)

Went in person to the Harrison St shop in San Francisco. Joel was amazing. He spent a lot of time making sure I got the right equipment. They didn't have what I needed in stock so he ordered it for me and it came lickity split. I opted for in-store pick up just so I could say hi.

The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
