Since 1974, we’ve been proud to provide motorcyclists with quality gear, parts and accessories at great prices and the best customer service out there. And as riders ourselves, we’ve enjoyed every second of it! Our team members come from diverse riding backgrounds, carving through canyons, darting around the racetrack, trekking the trails and riding just about anywhere else two wheels can take you.

Now, we have 165 Stores in 39 States nationwide and online shopping to bring top notch gear and expertise to wherever you call home. When you see us out at a local bike week, stunt show or meetup, come say hi! I originally had a helmet held for pickup and ordered a comms unit to be delivered to the store so they could install it. I ended up getting to the store (90 minute ride from home) before the comms unit, so they told me to just cancel it online (where I ordered it) and call the store when it was delivered so they could send it back. Well, it took multiple calls and over a week to get it done.

Love Cycle Gear and I appreciate that they are trying to be easier to work with like Home Depot and the likes, but they really need to figure these kinds of problems out before they release it into the wild.

Why I buy in-store vs internet

Plus sized

I'm a plus sized rider and impulsively struggle to find things I like in my size. I find that it is extremely hard as sizing is not a standard but each company has their own. Overall, I like my armored hoodie and was blown away by receiving the item NEXT DAY, however I wish there were more girly options, the hoodie went down a little lower and the prices weren't so steep.

I bought tires on their website because I would save money on installation at the store. The information that they couldn't mount any tire over 200mm was conveniently buried. Then when I went to the store I was told it wouldn't be till Monday(three days later).I called on Monday and was then told " the tire machine was broken and I could come pick up my tire".

They buried the info on their website that would have changed my decision to purchase the tire from them,and lied about mounting my tire when I went to the store on Sherwood Forest Blvd. In Baton Rouge.

Be wary of tire age...

Ordered front and rear Bridgestone tires for a vintage 1982 Kawasaki. Ordering and delivery process were top notch. However, the front tire was produced in the 40th week of 2023 and the rear tire was an early 2023 production date. Given I ordered these tires in late October 2024, I consider these tires to be older stock and I'm not pleased with the matter. I went ahead and had them installed anyway, but my advice to future customers is specify your preference for more current dated tires when you order.

Ordered a helmet

Helmet not in stock so tried on the same brand O'neal in store to be sure it fit., measuring your head only does not work. Need to try on. Measured as a Medium ended up with XL. Then ordered through Gilroy store. Sent to my house Everything worked out Great. Gilroy employees very helpful. Thanks!
