Don't use this website. I paid once for a CV and stopped the subscription. After a month they took some amount from my card. The only way to stop it again is to go to my profile but it seems that I don't have an existing profile with them. Now I'm trying to cancel it but I can't, waiting for a response from them already a week!
Scammers!

Takes 24.95 from your card every month until you find out and request to stop.
All this Without having a registered account with them.
The obvious scam tell tell is that you actually have to sign up with them after you realize your card is being abused by them, in order to cancel your subscription. Use the email you used on the CV, they take it and tie that email to your "account" which you then get the option to cancel.

The service is setup in a way that it is not visible that you are not paying for a CV like you think you are, but a subscription service that is not displayed to you upon paying.
Just don't use this service, its not even worth the 1.95 it charges to download the PDF you make.

Scammers who do not mention that they will automatically charge €18 after 7 days. They reply to the email with a standard reply and never refund your money. Do not use it. When you start making your resume, it doesn't tell you that you will pay. And when you reach the end, it says €0.99 and you say, since I ate so much, don't close it, let's pay €0.99. And after 7 days you get a hidden charge. It renews automatically so you don't lose the data and good. Tragic, thieves.

Took a small amount when exporting the resume, and 7 days later, they went all-in and tried to charge 20x the initial amount. Luckily, I was using Revolut which blocked the transaction. Tried to contact them with no avail.

Fraud. They are not transparent in terms. I was only supposed to create a CV that cost me NOK 39 or it was fine. But after a week I received a bill of NOK 219kr in addition. They charge my bank account without informing me that it will be premium subscription Do not recommend the website, stay away.

Scammers! They automatically sign you up for monthly subscription without consent even if you only opt for a 7 day trial. Will not refund even after explaining I did not want a subscription and that the subscription was activated without my consent. Avoid at all costs!

I just wanted to make a CV real quick, and found this website(CVMaker). I thought what could go wrong, I'll just have to pay 2$ and get the formatted cv. Next thing I know, one month later 17$ or something is missing from my bank account. It seemed that somehow I was subscribed to their monthly service(which I should say has no point). Maybe(or maybe not) I was not paying attention and accidentally subscribed, that's fine. So I unsubscribed. This was two years ago. And now I got an email that says I have an unsettled payments, including three months of subscription.

They are scammers. They charge you a small amount like 1 USD for a "payment" for a cv and then charge you again 2 weeks later for 30 usd+ hoping you dont notice.

The account login doesnt work so you can speak to them. Total scam. Stay away if you value your money.

After not cancelling on time the subscription, this provider charged me two months in a row a monthly fee of 24.95 USD. Not once have I used any of their services in these two months. After I wanted to cancel and receive a refund they denied a refund.

Be careful with this scamers. I have done a cv with cvmaker and I paid what I was asked. After that they debited my account 20 euros for 4 months until I have noticed. Now they don't want to returned my money. They are scamers. They're earning their money lying and stealing. Shame!

Stealing money from people card is the only way to earn money. You have taken the sume wich the bank allow. 99.99 roni until 20 euros the banks allowed with out me to be notified. On your website does not say that. As I said you are gypsy and you leave from Stealing. I have done the cv on English cvmaker where you don't see what is behind the black screen. Refund the money you have been stolen. Nobody can be so stupid to pay you 20 euros per month for nothing. I payd once for the cv and that's it. Would you pay me 20 euros for nothing? I don't think so! You business is based on stealing, on English website does not show the price. I will let everyone know that,your business is not o purpose of education or whatever you are saying, your website or business is purpose to steal money. You show how lower you can go. Trying to trick people for pence o cents. When you cached people's cards, you steal the money. You should ask who pays you, before stealing. They need money for drugs. How many vv s they need to sale to make a bit of money? This is the only way to steal money.

At first, i signed and paid for a cv (it was a small price). But I have just realized that they are withdrawing money from my account on a monthly basis! Never trust them. Prefer other websites. And the cv wasn't even good! I didn't even use the CV. It's the most expensive CV ever for me!

Paid 1.95 usd to make a simple resume on the website through paypal. A few weeks later i get charged out of nowhere on paypal again about 24.95 USD without my permission. Contacting paypal to dispute the charges.

I used it once...one year ago. I paid about 2.5 euros at that time. Since, every month, they took from me 20 euros, every month. I noticed today, when i was searching for a transcation. 20 euro...every month... they are really betting on this, and take advantage of people that dont verify strictly their account. I made a complaining to them, for sure will not do anything better, but i will go to my lawyer and my national protection court to discuss. Its clearly made like a scam, because, you dont get an email everymonth when you are charged, like a normal subscription. Its something hidden, and if u dont see, their luck...

Stay away from cvmaker. Big scam. They charged 2 dollars for cv creation, and then a week later charged 25 dollars from my card for "a subscription" that wasn't even mentioned while creating cv or paying 2 dollars for it's creation. Big scam! This site should be down ASAP, I don't know how it's still online, and still taking people's money.

In the beginning they will charge you 2$ or smth like that, they will notify you about it once you try to download the CV/Resume. 7 days later they will charge you 19 euros, this info about 7 days is given in your email which you receive after first payment, in the bottom, so it is completely misleading and done purposely to scam you.

These scammers charged me 20€ out of nowhere they think they can fool me for a damn CV but they don't know me. I'm already collecting my receipts from PayPal for them. You will talk with my lawyer about this move pretty soon. SCAMMERS
