Here,everything is very easy to make a CV and it guides very well with eye catchy templates.i am impressed.

They literally charged 25$ after none of notifications about that. I was subscribed automatically and that was not written anywhere before. Thieves. Avoid in a wide range.

At the beginning I create my CV with $1. After they charge me 20 bucks every month without asking me. And when I ask for refund they say that they don't do it. Scammers 20$ for a piece of paper.shame

They will initially charge you 2 euros to get make a cv. When you pay those 2 euros however, they automatically make you a subscriber, charging you 25 euros a month without your knowledge. DO NOT USE THEIR SITE. If you don't pay them they will charge you even more.

They support subscription fees that you did not knowingly agree to. I agreed to a one-time payment, and after a week they charged me 20 euros from my account. You have been warned!

I like many others here, also had a terrible experience with cvmaker.

Cvmaker tries their best to hide that when paying for the 3€ fee to download your cv, you are in fact signed up for a 30€ subscription, charged every month. As cvmaker tries to hide this, it could almost be considered illegal in some countries.

While it is true that all businesses must make money, there are still tons of other ways to do that without scamming people.

However also at fault is trustpilot, as it was mostly the reason I fell for this subscription trap in the first place. I have personally logically come to the conclusion that almost all positive reviews on trustpilot are fraudulent/fake, which is especially apparent when comparing with other country based cvmaker reviews on trustpilot.

I tried asking for a refund which was promptly ignored and I was left on my own to try to solve it in a dispute with Paypal, as cvmaker could not care less about taking your money, almost illegally.

On top of all this, there are tons of free alternatives, so I strongly suggest checking them out.

After paying 1.95$ the next day they withdrew another 24.95$ with no response, this happened to my wife as well, there is no way to get the funds back

Don't even try to use their service. I just purchased for a single transaction and it ended up with a subscription. I have to block my credit card to prevent next purchasing.

They lure you in with a 1.95 euro charge for a CV, but in small letter it's written it's actually a monthly charge of 24.90 euros. Extremely predatory practices.

I paid 1,95 euros for a cv and then they charged me 16,95 euros without even asking me or informing me about the prices or any subscription. Stay away of these $#*!s.

I used it to make one CV, and pay cv for 2$ after one month they charged me 26$ subscription fee about i did not know nothing and they did not want to refund my money. Scammers

Like everyone else, i paid money that i didn't know i'll have to pay. I usually don't write reviews, but I'm tired of this kind of sites and it's unfair for someone else to have the same experience.

They provided me with the CV creating service for $1. However, 5 days upon registering with my credit card information, they tried to charge me $25 for an unknown reason.

I am too late to read the comments from here, and I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE! I finally found that I am not the only one to be faked by this awful tool!

I have no clue that it will charge after the "trial"7 days and there is NO NOTICE TO CHARGE ME for 2 months "subscription" which I did not agree for! I used for only 2 days and NEVER USE AGAIN after that, but keep on chasing me that paying the "subscribed payment" in £39.9! ABSOLUTELY INSANE!

The CS replied that they listed but the "PRICING" is VERY UNCLEAR on the charging system and, again, it will not tell you that they charge you after the "trial". TOTALLY AWFUL AND MISLEADING! DO NOT USE!

THEY WENT AHEAD AND REACTIVATED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND RAN A DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT! And they will not refund you.

Support is useless and is probably a low life scammer
