My target was 1.25" negative offset to mimic the wheel spacers I had on my 0 offset wheels. The salesmen recommended a -12 offset on a wider wheel promising that this wheel would accomplish my target offset. I asked for an explanation since -12mm isn't 1.25 inches. He said "trust me." Well I did and that was a mistake. The wheels had a -12mm offset or about half an inch. Nowhere near the look I was going for. They looked almost just like my old wheel's offset. I went to return the wheels but since they had been mounted and I had driven the truck from the tire store to my house already I couldn't. I had to settle selling the wheels on FB Marketplace as used. Custom Offsets gave me a $100 refund but even with that, considering the purchase price, tax, shipping, and the loss on the wheels I netted out to about a $500 loss on these wheels all because I trusted the salesman. Lesson learned
I purchased a BDS 4.5" lift kit last July, and only received the basic kit, and reaching back out after getting a chance to find out what I did have, I was bale to still get what was missing, and am now ready to complete my truck!

I've never been treated this way before by any company I've ever ordered from. I'm and 18 year old kid that has worked my $#*! off to get these and 4 phone calls later, dozens of emails later about a month and a half of waiting time later, and nobody knows where my wheels are they haven't even shipped yet. I've been promised days my rims will arrive by your representatives and they haven't.And after all of this inconvenience and hassle I've had to go through all I've gotten is a shipping refund and empty promises. I will be making sure to let everyone I know in the truck modifying community to never order from your company. I'll also make sure that all the shops my dad knows in this line of work will never have a wholesale account with you guys. This is ridiculous and hundreds of dollars later months later, phone calls later, and emails later, I don't have the thing that I put time in effort to get.And nobody at the company can get me my rims I will make sure to right a bad review on every site I can.

In early August 2023 I ordered four rims and a few rim related accessories for a 2016 Yukon. Prior to ordering the estimated arrival date was August 14th it was within 2 weeks it seemed fair. I placed the order and as soon as I did the confirmation e-mail changed to August 22nd which that information would have changed my decision on my order but things happen. August 27th 3 rims arrive in great condition, on August 30th the 4th rim arrived extremely damaged. I did not accept the shipment and the currier service returned the order. I made contact with Custom offsets and explained the situation and they basically told me since I didn't accept the shipment they will not send me a new rim until the damaged rim arrives and they agree it's below their standards however they said if I would have accepted the damaged rim the process return/replacement process would somehow be faster that does not make any sense. They tried to upscale me by phone multiple times but trying to get them to provide the product they promised has been exhausting. This will be the last time I use Custom Offsets and I will not recommend them.

I ordered wheels and tires and an ICON suspension kit. Wheels and tires came in. (one set of wheel weights fell off one of the rims - so Im gonna have to get that re-balanced) Suspension system from ICON is WAY behind and I knew that coming in. So all in all, Im happy with my wheels and just waiting on the suspension. CO has nothing to do with ICON so Im not blaming anyone. Every suspension mfg. Has back order problems thanks to our current POS in the whitehouse... Lets go Kid Sniffer. (Brandon)

Experience wa irrbut not great. Love my wheels, ordered lug nuts, and got a shirt, whe I called and spoke to sales rep on the phone. Opened the wheels, and they were awesome and fit great, but no lug nuts, and no shirt. I had to call back to get lug nuts and not the best customer service I hoped for, was told there are pictures of lug nuts being put in with wlyour wheels. I definitely did not have my lug nuts, so could not get wheels put on for anothe 4 days. Was not a killer on the deal, but as you know, when you get you new things for your truck, especially wheels it is killing you to get them on. I did receive my lug nuts, no shirt but still happy all around.

By far the most unpleasant company I've ever done business with. 1. They messed up my whole order, order a specific order of wheels with a specific color, lug pattern, tpms, and tires. Upon arrival, the first thing I noticed was the color was wrong, second the lug pattern was supposed to be a 5x 5.5,5x139.7 they sent a 6x139.7, third there were no tpms. I find in the packing slip everything correct yet they sent the wrong stuff. On the same packing list there was a quality check list with all checks done and STILL the order was wrong. There goes to show you they don't give a damn they just have a high school dropout that can't read or write putting the crap together. Then I try and call to fix the issue and it's like no one there has a sense of urgency to get crap together and moving. The place is just pathetic to deal with and should get shut down for how horrible the service is. Buy from other sites or locally that way you don't have this issue.

Order showed up quickly. Packaging was great. Box had a small amount of damage during transit, but not a scratch on the wheel due to how well they were packaged.

One rim is messed up and when I called they said for me to send it back and after they receive it then they would send me a new one I already waited almost 2 weeks when I asked if they could just send me a new wheel and tire they said no way kinda upset cant wait another 2 weeks or so to drive my car so had to just bite the bullet and have one bad wheel

Wheel offsets would be nice to filter additionally by a range since there's 40 options.
Also I don't recall hub spacers being an option, really should be for hub centric setups.

2020 Ram3500 Dually HD Limited Black Edition. 6 brand new sensors would not communicate with the truck will have to put stock sensors back in! 6 new Fuel Cleavers with Nitto Dura Grapplers and 13oz. Of balance beads in each and didn't balance balance at all! Truck shakes pretty bad at most speeds! All this after 800 miles so far! No change! WTH is going on here if the the product isn't right!

I spent 3200 for rim and tires. They arrived in fairly quick manner I must say. But when I received tires they were all out of round. Ask for a replacement set and was denied, after proof of legal documents were sent to them by a local shop. So I informed them this was our family vehicle and had an upcoming vacation for the family and need these tires to travel and basically all I got was a sorry we have to go through this process. I was told I had to make a manufacture claim. So I had to buy another set of tires from another company just to keep promise to my family. But thing is they were mounted and balanced in there facility and still sent the out of round tires. So then I had to jump through all kinds of hoops and turn back flips to get this company to refund my money even though tire manufacture accepted the claim of out of round tires. Not counting all the extra money and time that I had to pay out of pocket just for them to accept my claim. Ok next after proof of claim was approved by manufacture and now telling me to remove DOT NUMBER from tires which is almost impossible if I was not a tool and die maker. And send them to tire manufacture. But my thing is this I done business with custom offset not the other company. Since my claim had been accepted there should be no issue with the return of funds. This is not good business for me. Would not recommend... time and money is expensive these days and they should better stand behind there product and they do not... and these are true facts
Q H - We are sorry there were delays with your warranty claim and getting a refund. While we do try to get these handled as quickly as possible, they sometimes take longer than we would like. When our rep asked for the DOT number to be cut from the tires and sent to the manufacturer that was at the request of the manufacturer themselves. We try to make this process as easy as possible for our customers but we are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

I ordered a set of 4 wheels in the bolt pattern of 5X114.3 for my Camry, and I received 3 wheels with the correct bolt pattern except for one wheel that was shipped out to me in 5X100 it doesn't fit my wheel studs and now I'm stuck with a wheel that doesn't fit my car. I will definitely not be doing business ever again with Customs Offset, I do not recommend doing business with them I've been driving around on 3 Aftermarket wheels and one OEM wheel. My car looks stupid thanks to these $#*!s. Next year of 2021, I will make sure I do my business elsewhere with knowledgable people, who actually sends the right wheels to you with the correct bolt pattern.
