I placed an order for an item shown as "in stock" on the website. Several days after getting an order confirmation, I was notified the product I had ordered was on backorder and not expected to be resupplied.
I worked with the agent to select an alternate product. Agent assured me the product was in stock in the warehouse and ready to ship.
Weeks later, several emails and phone calls to find out what was going on, and I got the whole routine. I don't care about x, y, or z, do not tell me something and then change it to fit your rhetoric.
I'm tired of we, the consumers, paying for product a month or more before the vendor even has it on hand to sell. Use your own damned money to stock up.
Anyway, product finally showed up, didn't need the expensive "you have to have them" lug nuts. Didn't need the sticker.
I've had a terrific experience, although my original order was with different wheels. The gentlemen helped me so I wouldn't have to wait on the backordered items. Because of his great help I have new tires and wheels to give my truck a new stance its never had before. Thank you so much

First and foremost, they tell you your shipping driver will call u 24hrs ahead so u can plan on being home, that didn't happen, had to leave work. Then I spend 3k on rims, tires and TPMS just to find out 1/4 TPMS don't work so I have to look at! Everyday on My dash. To make matters worse they offered to give me $25 back lol. Just don't get to excited for your order until everything is on and works.
Ps there ceramic coating is a waste of money.

Ordered tires three weeks ago still have not received them. I have called them a couple times talked to Joshua and was basically told it's not there problem and that once it leaves there facilities there shipping problems are not there's it's there shipping partners problem. Sounds like this company only cares about getting the sale and that's it. A good company cares about the before during and after the sale last time that I will be ordering from this company use to be a good company I have ordered wheels before in the past it wasn't like this before.

I ordered a set of wheels / tires, and took advantage of free mounting / balancing. I even upgraded to balancing beads... Upon delivery, I installed the set and immediately had challenges w/ TPMS. Due to COVID I was only able to visit dealers / tire centers ~ 2 - 4 weeks after install, and was informed my TPMS were damaged. Custom Offsets acknowledged this happens and sent new ones, which when I went to install was quoted $200 from multiple shops for disassembly & re-balance. I contacted Offset requesting the pay shop fees for the damaged goods shipped and they rejected, saying there is no recourse.
This company knowingly ships product that often damages and does not offer any recourse - so I spent $3,500 and now have to spend $200 to throw away their bad parts or deal with warnings on my dash (tire pressure) of a brand new truck.

Ordered a set of 20x12 hardrocks with a ceramic coating and each one arrived with scrapes and scratches. Completely terrible service for the money spent.

I recoed the 2 center caps to replace the ones that were a different color they are almost identical except the new ones are slightly thicker and the back is molded differently so I have to buy new bolts to get them to fit on the rims because my original order that fits came with 1 long screw and one short screw each the new caps need long screws to reach the threaded holes in the rims
Brian - we do not physically manufacturer the wheels that you purchased, so if a center cap design changed, that would be on part of the manufacturer. It was alright. Quality of products was spot on. The purchase process itself was not what i expected. Called to ask a question about a certain wheel/tire combo. Got told i had to order right now if I wanted this set because it was the last set in stock. So I placed my order, just to receive an email the next morning stating that the wheels I ordered were now on backorder. Only way I got a response was when i would call or email and inquire about my order. But like i stated the quality of the product is top of the line.

Got one with no problems. Couples days after I order the rims. The 2nd one was coming from a different warehouse, and the house number missing once I fixed the error, it chine the next days later. No complaints

I ordered a set of wheels and tires of Custom Offsets website that according to the filter would fit my truck, they did not. I notified custom offsets about the issue, and sent them some pictures. They had me select a new set of wheels and tires. The ones I chose were on a three month backorder. I waited almost three months before I was notified that the manufacturer was discontinuing the wheels. The Custom Offsets team has been super helpful to this point and they let me know what was going on. Then for the third time I selected a new set of wheels and tires. They were delivered, and I couldn't be more happy with the result. All in all the Custom Offsets team did an excellent job getting things figured out and keeping me updated every step of the way!

Bought leveling kit, wheels and tires from using the gallery information. Tires were to big. Did not know this until they were installed. Custom offsets would not assist in correcting the issue because they were installed. Gallery has wrong information as to tire sizes, offsets, wheels etc.

Our gallery is based on other customers' custom builds, meaning that our website allows customers to make purchases based on their own knowledge. When I received my wheels I was missing 10 of 24 lug nuts, I had to purchase 10 on my own and then custom offset took $30 off my payments which was fine but then I had to purchase a whole set of 24 more because they didn't match. I would have preferred to get my remaining lug nuts instead but wasn't asked.

I was told tires had shipped so I called. The tires were to be mounted and balanced. Was told that is correct disregard that email. Then later I received another email that 1of2 packages have shipped so I called again. Was told that it was bolts for the center hubs. Which I knew nothing about. The bolts arrived. About a week later the wheels and tires came mounted and balanced as stated. Center hubs came also that I never saw when looking at the wheels. I don't really like them and in addition they mount on the outside of wheels not just fitting thru center. The bolts that was sent earlier did not fit holes that was drilled in the wheels and they sent some with the hubs that did fit but only 6 not 8.

Went with 18" Fuel Vector wheels, 33" Mickey Thompson's and a ProRyde leveling kit. Service was fantastic, products were delivered on time and everything fit exactly how they said it would - very happy with the entire purchase!

The delivery went smoothly except I was not told there would be an additional $30 fee for the delivery people to use the lift gate on their truck. And I had to pay cash, card not accepted. When they called to schedule delivery they said I had to get it off the truck myself or I could pay $30 for them to use the lift gate. Seeing as the whole delivery was on a pallet weighing over 500lbs the "option" to use the lift gate is not really optional.
I am okay with the charge to use the lift gate, but the reason I give four stars is simply because there was no heads up. I would have preferred to have known about the delivery charge in advance so I could pay in advance. Why surprise me with an additional cash-only delivery charge after I've just spent over 2k? Just add it into the price or clarify it. It makes sense that a 500+lb delivery would cost a little extra to deliver, just let me pay for it during my order.

I got my order in great time hoping I won the drawing but didn't win... can't wait to put my order in for a bds suspension lift and my new arkon Mandela's. Going to be a great update on the gallery once I get all of the things I want to get done with all custom offsets parts from the site! I wish you guys could add a option or make an app that you could customize your truck with any of the parts especially with all arkon off road rims to virtually see what your truck will look like suspension and full custom colors to see what your truck would look like like something like 3d tuning app but better. Custom paint options and full design.

Horrible experience with this company, they care very little about quality customer service and making things right when they do wrong. All 4 of the rims I got had extensive damage, the set was useless to me at that point. They offered to give me $300 back which was an absolute joke. They claim that all wheels are inspected by a professional before being shipped out but it's absolutely BS. The powder coating was horrible, drips and missed spots everywhere. Now I have a set of rims I can't use that I paid for plus $500 I paid for shipping. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY BUSINESS, HORRIBLE THIRD PARTY VENDOR

Worst customer service that I've dealt with in recent memory. My order was shipped over 6 weeks later than the "guaranteed" arrival date, they didn't do anything to make that right, but I was willing to get over that. One of their people talked me into paying to have them do balance beads on the tires and wheels I bought, which I just had to spend another $240 at my local tire shop to undo after less than 1,000 miles because Custom Offsets techs don't understand how to balance a tire. I have pictures from my tire guy showing one wheel having 7 ounces of balance beads in one tire and less than 3 in the next, which was obviously throwing my truck all over the place. Needless to say my tire guy thought I had someone do these tires in their garage, he was doing his best not to scoff at "whoever I let touch my wheels." When I contacted customer service to see if they were willing to make things right, they sent me a snapshot of their fine print saying they don't back their balance beads at all and that I was outside of the 30 day window anyway so sorry about my luck. It felt like I was dealing with a Chinese company, should have stuck to my gut and stayed local. I will definitely never use them again in my lifetime, and if I were you I'd steer clear. Buy local and hope for local customer service, or really any form of customer service for that matter. 100% would never recommend spending any of your money with this company.
