Great except for extra shipping charge, shipping to Alaska was way quicker this time. Wheels look great, very happy with this purchase.

If you order something on back order and then try to cancel because you dont want to wait they will charge you a 20% cancellation fee even though they havent done anything to warrant it. They probably make more money on cancellation fees then selling wheels and tires. TOTAL SCUM.

Wheel and tires look and ride great. Delivery was fast. Only reason it is not 5 stars is because the TPMS sensors did not connect like they were supposed to. Drove the 200 miles as recommended and still nothing. Going to have to take it down to a tire shop and get relearned which will most likely cost me some money on top of the $35 dollars I had to pay for a lift gate for my delivery that was supposed to be free. No deal breakers but no one likes unexpected costs.

The delivery went smoothly except I was not told there would be an additional $30 fee for the delivery people to use the lift gate on their truck. And I had to pay cash, card not accepted. When they called to schedule delivery they said I had to get it off the truck myself or I could pay $30 for them to use the lift gate. Seeing as the whole delivery was on a pallet weighing over 500lbs the "option" to use the lift gate is not really optional.

I am okay with the charge to use the lift gate, but the reason I give four stars is simply because there was no heads up. I would have preferred to have known about the delivery charge in advance so I could pay in advance. Why surprise me with an additional cash-only delivery charge after I've just spent over 2k? Just add it into the price or clarify it. It makes sense that a 500+lb delivery would cost a little extra to deliver, just let me pay for it during my order.
