DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! From this company. The customer service is beyond abysmal and I myself have been waiting almost 7 months now for tires that are backorder or to even replace them for other ones. Its been weeks since I last heard from them and what's worse they take a whole day just to answer one question via email. This has been going back and forth with them for 7 months, I have pleaded for someone to call to better resolve this situation but they refuse. At this point I feel like I have to take legal action over something so trivial like changing tires for another since they no longer have the ones I got. Horrible customer service save your self from the pain and shop somewhere else, I wish I had read these reviews. I will leave this review in every platform that I can.
Do not order from Custom Offsets if you need your order shipped to you quickly. I just purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler and was excited to get custom wheels for it. I ordered wheels and my card was charged on May 29, it is now June 15th and I have not received wheels. At best I will receive order by June 20th. The tracking showed a June 6th delivery date when the order was placed. When I communicated via email with customer service it would take 24 hours for a reply each time. Custom Offsets customer service did not communicate in a timely manner and misled me in believing items was in warehouse ready for shipment. The only thing they are interested in is charging your card. My Vehicle has been sitting in the shop on jack stands waiting for new custom wheels since May 29th.

Never received product! 1 month after purchase and 2 weeks after expected delivery date made contact 3 times over last 2 weeks for status of order to continuously be told they're setting in warehouse but fail to ship them for unknown reason and then won't contact back with explanation or refund.

They didn't send all my stuff out right a away was a pain to get them to send the rest of it out then didn't get my center caps and was never told they were on back order and then then wait 45 days and the instagram people say they get some in and then they say another 45 days don't buy from them save your self the hassle

Their website is very helpful and gives pictures of exactly what you're looking for. On top of everything being great their salesman (Paul DeCore) reached out to me and was very eager to save money and make sure my order was correct. Very professional and I highly recommend this company!

I ordered almost 10k in parts on January 31st 2023. It's now May 9th 2023 and I am still getting the runaround. Everything that I ordered except the wheels was supposed to be delivered 3 days after I placed my order. After waiting months I finally receive what's supposed to be my order and the rear lift blocks for my Icon 4.5 lift kit for my 2007 Dodge 2500 does not fit. I was instructed by Icon to remove the flat plate that's welded to the axle. I explained why this is incorrect in a video and they told me to go through the company I ordered the lift from for questions. Went back to custom offsets and received no help. After 3 months of bs I asked for my money back. Custom offsets sends me a pallet with one box, two pieces of flat foam, and a packing envelope to ship my order back. Keep in mind that I had to be home to receive this package, and that's another day away from work for me. I ordered 5 wheels and tires, exhaust tip, stage 4 icon lift, and some merchandise. This does not fit on one pallet. So they waist more of my time forcing me to send pics of what I explained to them that I had for packing material, and now I wait some more. I highly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.
I originally ordered a set of wheels and tires for my car, the process was easy online and my order actually arrived early. Unfortunately they were slightly too small so I wanted to exchange for a larger size. You can only communicate with this company through email for returns which is extremely frustrating because you only get one response per day so the process has taken weeks to get anything accomplished. I was told it would be $400 to return my wheels which is extremely high, I think if you are purchasing more expensive wheels and tires than your original order you should get a free exchange for spending more money. Then I was told I would have to supply my own wooden pallet and straps to send them back even though they didnt arrive to me on a pallet. I then tried to schedule a pickup date and was told I would have to drive them to a UPS store to drop them off and when I questioned why I had to drop them off when I was told they would be picked up, they said it was cheaper for them if I dropped them off rather than them schedule a pickup, but I would still have to pay the same amount. So they make their customers do all the work to make it cheaper for them but still charge you the same amount. I tried numerous times to call and talk to a manager/higher up and never received a call back. This company is greedy and has terrible customer service. I will no longer be doing an exchange and will be purchasing my wheels and tires from someone who appreciates their customers and will make sure everyone I know does not purchase from this company.
I will never shop here again. I was told with my first order, I was getting a great wheel and tire package deal. Come to find out the tires I was getting was almost 200 dollars cheaper other places, that's where free mounting comes in at I guess. In addition with that the tires didn't stretch to fit the wheel I ordered and they staff pick the tires, as I found out almost 10 days later when my order was preparing to ship, then went back down to processing. Noone inform me of this. Then I decided to go another wheel and come down another size wheel because they wanted me to pay another extra 400 bucks for tires that will fit from my first order. I still haven't got second invoice yet showning me cost or what I got. Tried reaching out to to the sales department because I'm tired of working with the guy that I work with before about this matter and haven't got a call back yet. I'm like 4000 grand in with this company.
While placing my order, everything was in stock. The delivery date was 3/17, or I could pay extra to receive on 3/16. Once the order was placed, the delivery changed to 3/24. I have contacted multiple time to inquire on the status of my order, both phone calls and email, only to be informed that the order has gone out to shipping with no updates. It is now the 23rd, an after a promise of return phone call yesterday, I have emailed once again to no response. You can order almost everything from Amazon and receive true Customer Service, not just lip service. Wish I would have just bought local, would have everything installed on my vehicle by now.
I was very excited to get wheels and tires for my truck and I finally put in an order. Along with the order I purchased a level kit. The buying experience was pretty good up to this point and that's where it ended. I received my wheels and tires but no level kit, even though when I when on the website it said package 1 of 1 was delivered. Keep in mind that if you try to call and get someone to talk to that will be impossible. This company doesn't answer their phone unless they know you are going to buy something. Their answering machine says that you will get a call back by the end of business day. That is a complete lie. I never received a call back. After multiple emails, I finally get a response saying that their suspension department forgot to put the level kit on the truck and they will process it right away. Ok fine. I call the company back asking for a new ship date and tracking number. No response. I then send an email asking the same thing. I finally get an email back saying that after looking at my order, the kit is backordered and expected to ship in 2 months! Mind you the salesperson said that everything was in stock. Then the next person said they forgot to ship it and finally it is on a 2 month backorder. I never would have ordered this item if it was on a backorder. I call up saying that this is unacceptable and I need a call back to change the order to something that is in stock and I have someone from a different department finally call me back to say that he can't help me because that is not his department. I ask him to transfer me to someone that I can actually talk to so I can get this order worked out and he said he can't do that either. So now I have wheels and tires that are just going to sit in my garage that I can't use because of the incompetence of this company. I would strongly suggest that if you want to order something from this place that you go elsewhere. They have a great website to see what would look good and fit on your truck but that is where it ends. The customer service is poor at best and it will take several back and forth emails to work something that a 5 minute phone call would take care of. Buyer beware with this company. They do not care about their customers.
I purchased a set of tires Friday morning at 7:30 am, the option for expedited shipping was available for $199 to receive by 3/14. Paid expedited shipping and products haven't even shipped as of 3/14. Email and call custom offsets and no one has a response or transfers me to another department. No customer service abilities whatsoever. The only response I received was from Facebook messenger. $200 is a lot to pay in shipping when you are trying to receive something by a set date. Will not be back to this company.
Worst customer service that I've dealt with in recent memory. My order was shipped over 6 weeks later than the "guaranteed" arrival date, they didn't do anything to make that right, but I was willing to get over that. One of their people talked me into paying to have them do balance beads on the tires and wheels I bought, which I just had to spend another $240 at my local tire shop to undo after less than 1,000 miles because Custom Offsets techs don't understand how to balance a tire. I have pictures from my tire guy showing one wheel having 7 ounces of balance beads in one tire and less than 3 in the next, which was obviously throwing my truck all over the place. Needless to say my tire guy thought I had someone do these tires in their garage, he was doing his best not to scoff at "whoever I let touch my wheels." When I contacted customer service to see if they were willing to make things right, they sent me a snapshot of their fine print saying they don't back their balance beads at all and that I was outside of the 30 day window anyway so sorry about my luck. It felt like I was dealing with a Chinese company, should have stuck to my gut and stayed local. I will definitely never use them again in my lifetime, and if I were you I'd steer clear. Buy local and hope for local customer service, or really any form of customer service for that matter. 100% would never recommend spending any of your money with this company. First I uses there wheel finder and selected wheels, after eBay aAmazon said these wheel didn't fit. I thought these guys were custom after I received the wheels, they didn't fit. I returned the wheel and they reported they were all damaged and they were scrapped, therefore no refund, they sent these bogus pics to be of wheels that were installed on another vehicle, buyer beware, I tried to get there assistance with fit-men and I never received a call back. So I'm out of $800.

Communication has been up and down. Pretty disappointed as I've worked hard to be able to afford the simple wheels and tires I requested. They originally sent me an email stating my tires are ready from the manufacturer and then all of a sudden nothing. Had to follow-up with them to see what the deal was. Per them the manufacturer is now having a hard time finding all my tires. Unfortunately, the consumer gets the shaft. I mean I understand production is behind due to people not wanting to be gainfully employed and resources but come on! Those who work need to drive there! Up front communication would be awesome but there won't be a next time. If you do buy from them I suggest going with a good tire that is in stock as I had to find an equivalent of what I wanted.
I ordered new wheels and tires for my daughters car after she was the first of 15 to hit a massive pot hole at night and she cracked two rims. New rims and tires are needed to drive the car now. First thing is they will text you right after you order to try to upsell you on stuff you already passed on when placing your order.
This might be a good place to by inexpensive stuff IF there are no issues with your order. However they sent me a bent rim. It was clearly bent at the manufacture given there were no marks on the rim at all and no damage to the tire or packaging. They will not answer the phone and only do customer service through email. It took three days to get things in order to get it replaced. What should have been a 10 minute phone call to get it straight took THREE DAYS to fix. Plus the time to get it turned around plus the effort to move the tire over plus they had me sign a document with my credit card info with a company in Belarus founded by three people arrested for fraud. Good thing I have great credit protection services.
It is a gamble. You might have no issues. You might get a great deal. For me personally I am not at all happy having my daughter wait another week to drive her car and the service I got after being sent a defective item.
Overall C/O is a good company to work with. This time it seemed as if staffing is off or maybe understaffed. I have purchased from the company for quiet a while and overall would come back.

Was nervous about my order due to other reviews. Saw the horror stories of them showing up late, damaged, missing products (tpms, lug nuts, accessories). My wheels/tires showed up 3 days early. And with no damage or missing pieces. The TPMS were installed and linked right up to my 4th gen ram 1500 without any issues. Was super stoked for it all to work out perfectly when the reviews made me question it. I will definitely be recommending them to people due to my positive experience.
Ordered wheels through a sales representative over the phone, he confirmed they fit a stock 20 ram Rebel. I get the wheels swapped out and soon as I pull away it rubs and tears my fenders. I tried to return the wheels next morning. They said nope can't help you, and tried to sell me on a suspension kit. I'm out $1,500 plus and a torn up front end. They're stating it's my fault that the standard tire size was not brought up? I gave all the info asked about my vehicle. These guys are trash.

For all you who feel that wheels don't make a big difference in your ride your wrong. Zack is a plus in my book he took alot of time and effort with my purchase. This is my second set of rims for my jeep and I feel it's not my last. I highly recommend custom offset to everyone ty so much
