Ease of the website was very good, zero complaints. The only reason I rated my review a 4 star, is because of quality. It's not anything I can't live without but something that I noticed after doing my tire stores recommended lug-nut torque check. It wasn't until the torque check that I noticed some runs in the paint. I also noticed that the screw holes between the center caps and wheels are not properly aligned. The edges of the caps end up sitting on the beveled edge of their designated locations, not on the flat face where they are supposed to set. It's not something that's noticeable until you remove or install the caps, so I'm not too picky. I'm sure the paint will suffer from this down the road.

Order process was easy, the wheels came in quicker than promised and they look great. The wheels are the classic eight hole style I was wanting, polished, and look great with the white letter coopers on my classic Dodge Ram.

I bought a set of wheels and summer tires. I expected a lead time of about a month.
3 weeks in i was contacted and told that the wheels needed a spacer to clear the brakes and if i wanted to proceed. I said yes.
A week or so went past and the wheels arrived with no spacers. I called and asked if there was a separate shipment and was told there was a 4 week lead time on the spacers that they were a custom order.
Last week the spacers arrived and the wheels are on and im pleased with them and product quality.
But over 2 months between order and being able to put them on...

Custom offsets does what many don't! I was in a bad situation after a long wait for a new truck. I ordered my wheels/tires and lift for the truck long before the truck was complete. When the truck/lift were finally ready. They didnt fit at all. Called custom offsets, explained the situation (begged a little) and they fixed the issue without hesitation. Definitely going to them for all my wheel/tire/lift needs in the future!

I ended up calling in and the sales person was awesome! The only complaint I have is that the wheel sensor isn't communicating to the truck like he said it will. So next oil change I will have Toyota take care of this for me. Other than that, the package came super quick and look incredible!
