I think the picture should of been bigger, it would be nice to ask customers what size they would like the phone to be on the shirt
I was a little concerned about the shipping time, however the nature of getting the approval of the school logo, it was understandable.
The process was quick and easy. I just wish the item description of "preshrunk" was true bc they shrank so much nobody can wear them.

I am very pleased to have found Custom Inc. The design process was Super simple and fun. The website is easy and clear with so many choices but not overwhelming. We received the T shirts in a very timely manner and they are fabulous. This is a first class company and I will definitely recommend them to anybody winning to design their own T shirts.
The site was easy to use and create shirts but not real happy with the lettering small print was OK but larger font not so much.
For the past several years we've been going on a extended family vacation. Every vacation we order a shirt for everyone as a memento. In the past we've ordered pre-designed shirts with our own custom wording from various sellers on ETSY. This year we had a very specific design in mind and decided to go with Custom Ink. The shirts are amazing. It cost more, almost double, gulp. But they are very nice and I'm so glad we did! Custom Ink has incredible customer service. We received a link to approve the shirt and received them well in advance of the date originally given.
Had a great experience with this order. These were a gift, and our contractor friend loved them. (He put his on as soon as we gave it to him and asked how to order more!). The website is so easy to use and design something that looks truly professional. Shirt quality is great. Process and ship time were reasonable. I liked knowing my design was reviewed and having it sent to me for final approval. I even dealt with your customer service team by phone to add additional shirts after accepting my order, and they made the process very easy. Kudos to you! I'll be using Custom Ink again in the future.
I made several phone calls during the process of ordering my grandson's T-Shirts. Each phone call was very helpful and the final product very nice.

Super fast delivery of my order which made me really happy! The design and ordering process was very user-friendly which enabled me to quickly place my order (I didn't have a lot of time to spend on it). I just wish there was an option where if you didn't meet the minimum required, you could pay extra to get it.

Overall it was great! I've ordered here before and the process is so easy. I m sure it must've said that orders less than 5 don't go through the design team but I missed it. So I uploaded a image thinking it would be edited. But that was my fault. Maybe put an alert before it lets us submit just so people know.
