The experience was easy and the shirt came out great. The printing is really nice and doesn't seem like it'll crack from stretching or washing. I just wish there were a few more options in the type of shirts provided. Tanks would be nice.
I originally tried to order these shirts for my wife as a first mothers day gift from a competitors website. I ordered from them 3 weeks in advance with rush shipping to get the items 7-10 prior. They never made the product, never contacted me, and when i called them 3 weeks after mothers day they had no details on when it could be completed. I called custom ink who offered to rush ship the items for free (just hearing my story). The person i spoke with on the phone was awesome and walked me through the process which was simple. I received the product 4 working days later and mommy and baby had a mothers day photo shoot in their new keepsakes. Customer for life for any custom product I ever need.
I had a great experience. My original design required approval from the IFC. A person from Custom Ink called to inform me of the issue and we came up with a great solution. Even with the hold up in production, everything arrived on time and looked perfect.
