The website was fantastic; easy to create your design, add additional items, change items and order. My issues are with the quality of the material I was sent; a single hoodie and a single t-shirt, both Hanes. I was concerned as soon as I open the package and felt how stiff and rough the materials were. I knew almost immediately that the items would shrink terribly and my fears were confirmed as soon as I washed both items, in cold water for reference, and then hung dry. Both items were ordered Men's Medium, I tape-measured other hoodies and t-shirts of mine that are 'medium' to confirm size match, but alas, they're now completely unwearable and have been given to my girlfriend instead. The hoodie is now over 4" shorter in the top-bottom length than my other 'medium' hoodies and the t-shirt is so still you could almost stand it up. I would order again from CustomInk because of the website ease-of-use but would not recommend the quality of the Hanes choices.

I enjoyed the shirt design options and efficiency of Custom Ink, though the fact that the cost per shirt did not include the tax from the final price became a major issue as I had already received payments from my team, and had to alter the shirt so that it cost less when tax was factored in.
The website was easy to negotiate. It was easy to design and look at colors. The communication was thorough and timely. This was my second purchase and was delivered on time as promised.
Everything looks sharp and seems to be of high quality. The colors are accurate. The customer service was exceptional - our rep helped tweak graphics for children's sizes and found a couple discounts not apparent on the website! Overall a great experience.
