Customer service is great! Very helpful. Have concerns on the actual text size/placement on hoodie. Preview view of design on shirt may be different than actual screen printed item (this is stated on the website - - as model may cause design to look different). I would suggest giving customer service a call to make sure alignment of design on item is correct. If I would have called customer service all my issues with my order would have been cleared up. Will likely using this site again next season but will do my do-diligence and call customer service. I also have concerns about the refund - - if the company could refund each individual card, it would be make group orders much easier. (I do understand the reality of this suggestion, and how it could be complicated on the companies part - - just a suggestion).

Thankyou thankyou thankyou! You guys are legends! It has made it to Australia with 10 days to spare before my clients mums birthday! I actually cannot believe how quick the delivery was between Virginia to Central Victoria! This top was not available anywhere in Australia. I looked everywhere. There was no light pink crew sweater in stock anywhere here, which is exactly what my client wanted. So thankyou so much for the Express delivery. Your customer service was excellent. You really made me feel looked after. I will be ordering from you again!
I was hoping to order a sweatshirt with my school seal on it but was unable to due to copyright/limitations set by the school. It was unfortunate, but Custom Ink was helpful in finding an alternative design and still getting it to me on time.
Site was easy to use with lots of options. Providing tracking info was great.
My only issue is that the product was GUARANTEED to be delivered by June 1, and I was leaving town on June 2nd. The Order guaranteed delivery by June 1 and when I confirmed the proof it again confirmed that date. Yet, the product did not arrive until June 2nd, so I had to spend additional money and wait time having my secretary mail it to me at my other location. Otherwise I was very pleased with the product and am a repeat customer.
I designed my own drawing of a Corvette for printing, and that design included the trade name "Corvette", which Custom Ink wouldn't print, so I had to change the name of the car. The design doesn't make sense anymore with that change, and I wish I had done something different. Also, the process takes much longer than I expected for them to print and ship the shirt. I think the shirt color is nice, and the fabric sturdy enough, but the XL is larger than what I normally buy in stores, so I'm not sure how well the fit will be. It's a Father's Day gift, so he hasn't gotten it yet. I learned some lessons with this order, and if I order again, I'll be better prepared.
Overall, I appreciated the customer service. They were very very helpful! That definitely made me want to order from you again.

They were able to work with me through design challenges as well as calendar dilemmas throughout the COVID Crisis, but now my students will be going home with their class shirts just like in any normal year.
