With the exception to the slight screen printing issue on the medium-sized shirts, the overall experience with custom ink was great. The design process is intuitive, the ordering process is quick and painless, the product options are great.

The site makes designing and ordering simple. Customer service did indeed email me with every step of the process up until my foldable koozies for my sons graduation party shipment, which was ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend custom ink and use them again myself!

I thought that the website navigation, design and ordering were very well done. I have used other sites before, and I prefer yours over all the other ones. Being able to select the exact ink that my own artwork would be made with was a HUGE bonus. This came out much clearer and crisper than when I used other websites with my own artwork. I will use your services again, but Im a little disappointed that the 2 tone shirt I purchased bled onto the white area of the shirt.
We ordered a big batch of t-shirts for the volunteers coming out week after week to serve the growing number of families needing help from our church food pantry. The shirts were a big hit. I LOVE seeing our volunteers wearing them and getting the superhero recognition they deserve! Thank you!

All of the "Inkers" or customer reps were great to work with. Very fast response times. No communication issues. Even when the back of my t-shirt design turned out wrong (glitch with the website where my husband had previously ordered shirts and somehow the back of his old shirt became the back of my new shirt by accident), this was quickly fixed with no issues on follow-up or changes in delivery window. Despite needing a larger size for three shirts that the selected style did not come in, this was quickly accommodated with a fairly comparable shirt. Overall, high marks for this company, their customer service, and their product. I would order from them again.
I would consider looking for a local vendor if you want to see how your actual product will look like. They offer free shipping, which is a plus.

I was so impressed with the kind representative who helped me design the perfect t-shirts for our teachers. Then I had mentioned that these were a gift for teacher appreciation week the first week of May, I don't know how you did it, but they arrived on time! The teachers were so happy and I am too! Thank you for being able to unite us during this quarantine!
I ordered two different kinds of shirts. One set arrived on time, the other arrived after my event. Part of the problem was CustomInk not having the specific shirts, then there was a misprint, and then UPS did not do an overnight delivery.
Custom Ink was true to size and quality. Ordered from another company quality was awful and the size was like to fit a very small child. Ordered a medium. Super happy with my order and would definetly order from Custom Ink again.
Overall, my experience with Custom Ink was great. Easy to use website, fantastic customer service and most often, great products.
Package was damaged when I received it and it arrived after the "guaranteed" delivery date, which was really disappointing because it took them forever to just look at and approve my image. The Hanes tagless shirt was much thicker than expected and the Sapphire color was lighter than it looked on the website. The image, however, looks amazing and has really good quality. I also really enjoyed the many options when designing my tee. Just remember to order early because guaranteed delivery date isn't really guaranteed!
Customer service was amazing! I had to wait for my design to get approved by licensing since it was a university logo and you guys made sure to send me current updates!
