The artwork I designed using the custom ink website turned out just as I designed it. Couldn't be happier with the final product. The quality of the fabric was great, very soft. The custom design looked excellent. The people I gave it to were so happy and surprised at the high quality and comfort of the fabric. Everything arrived on time. Really great experience!

Custom Ink has one of the best customer service departments around. I was contacted to make sure I understood the product may or may not be acceptable (it was a face mask) and was offered free overnight shipping of a sample and a guarantee that it would not delay production. Ben, in customer service, wanted to make sure that what I was ordering had no surprises. I really appreciated his call to set my expectations.

Very satisfied with the product and the service. Received items two days later than estimated delivery but I suspect the delay had more to do with the virus restrictions that what would normally occurred. Got them in time for a big event and everyone was pleased to get and wear them.
